Very pleased with the refinishing job on our patio and the deck of our pool. After 30+ years it was time to refresh both. I probably should have done it sooner.

Chuck came out to give us a quote for resurfacing our pool deck. (He was 15 minutes late and didn't call ahead of time). He did all the measurements and said he would email us a quote within 1 -2 days. (Other companies gave us a quote on the spot) After more than 48 hours we still hadn't received anything so my husband called and left a voice mail. 2 days later and we still have not heard back. Such a waste of time!
And the funny part is, is that he tried to up sale us on redoing our patio area as well even though we had no interest in doing so! You can't even give us a simple quote yet you want us to remodel our patio area even though its in perfect condition! Lol. Don't waste your time on this company.

We were delighted with the entire process of transforming our drab concrete patio into a creation of beauty. Chuck thoroughly explained the options and the process. We chose a flagstone pattern in various shades of brown and tan. The craftsmen that performed the work arrived on time each day, were meticulous in protecting our artificial turf, allowed us to fine-tune the color pallette and created a very realistic pattern that looks like real stone. We would highly recommend Chuck and his team for anyone who wants to turn boring grey concrete into something you enjoy seeing.
