Trusted partner for remodel, refurbish, and maintenance. Have used TDC, LLC multiple times over the years for everything from fully basement remodel, porch design/build, interior paint/hardwood/updating, & exterior maintenance activities. Professional, responsive, fair, courteous, and flexible. Refreshing. Have recommended TDC, LLC on many occasions and my friends have had similar experiences.

Great, Flexible, and Collaborative Partner for residential remodel or build out! Mike, Crystal and team were an incredible partner in the quest to finish our dream basement. As a first time taking on a home project, they really made us feel comfortable throughout the process. Mike made countless trips to the house to walk us through or discuss our options before we engaged in a contract. After that the service didn't stop.
We were able to consult them on fixtures and ideas and they were even flexible when we decided to add last minute touches. The crew and contract staff at the house were always professional and respectful and we enjoyed getting to know them. Overall, it felt more like a partnership and less like a project. I would highly recommend Totally Dependable and staff and we love our new basement!
