Champ's inspections are comprehensive (meeting and exceeding Arizona and ASHI accepted standards) and all-inclusive - no hidden costs. We do not charge extra for swimming pools, spas, evaporative coolers, or the age or the residence. We also look for mold and termites; all included.

We recommend you obtain a copy of the documentation of the repair for your records.
