We employed Stephens Remodeling, located near Williamsburg Va., for an extensive remodeling of a 30 year old home. It was a large project and the work ranged from an entirely new kitchen, to bathrooms, to walls being opened, to structural support. I looked for a contractor with a combination of honesty, excellent work ethic and extreme competence and found that combination in Lloyd and Debbie Stephens, and in the professionals they employ. Without hesitation, I highly recommend Stephens Remodeling, and would happily use them again. John Taylor

Stephens Remodeling built our sunroom addition and a screened in porch that is gorgeous! We just love our two new rooms. The quality and expertise of this company is first class! My husband and I highly recommend this company.

Lloyd & Debbie have worked on a number of projects in our home.they turned our walk-in attic into a beautiful loft where Karen spends most of her days working on sewing projects, exercising, and listening to books on tape. Next project is a complete makeover of our dated kitchen. Debbie's design talent combined with Lloyd's engineering know-how makes for a great combination. They've given us superb ideas each time and built to our specifications without delay. Charlie & Karen Lyon

Lloyd and Debbie built an elevated screened porch and finished a billiards room in our basement. Both jobs were done to our ultimate satisfaction. As mentioned in the other reviews, both Lloyd and Debbie are extremely responsive to calls and questions. This is not your typical builder. When the jobs are done, you feel like you have new friends in the business. The workmen are also fantastic. They are competent, friendly, and dedicated.
I am a bit of a stickler for perfection and they never once complained about the "little things" I asked to be tuned. We give Stephens Remodeling our highest rating. Will be calling them the next time we need a remodeling service.

I wanted to back up the comments of the owner. The Stephens Remodeling Co the other guy is posting about is in South West Florida. I was also one of his clients and got screwed. I cant vouch for this business but the owner shouldn't suffer for having a similar company name.
