With Bill's Structural Engineering degree and 33 years of construction management experience, the new remodeling company quickly gained recognition in the Atlanta market. Within five years, it was among the 15 largest. In 1995, to continue company growth without sacrificing client service, Bill's brother Dan joined the business.

Dan's background in business law and engineering added to the strength of the company. A successful project starts with a good fit of client, project and contractor.

Dan joined Weidmann and Associates in 1995. Remodeling marked both a new career and a change in pace from his service in the U.S. Air Force and his training as an attorney, but he quickly fell in love with the design business. Committed to the industry, he is a Certified Remodeler (CR) and a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS).

Lake Oconee Remodeling

After 25 years serving the Atlanta market, Weidmann & Associates, Inc. expanded its design-build remodeling operations to include beautiful Lake Oconee in 2014. Opening a local office to serve the community, the move was a direct response to requests we have received from our clients over the years to extend our reach to the under-served resort areas of Georgia.
