Services
Deck Refinishing
Our deck refinishing service combines advanced pressure washing, surface preparation, and premium oil finishes to restore weathered decks to like-new condition. Using eco-friendly solutions and proprietary techniques, we remove grime, repair damage, and apply UV-resistant sealants that protect against the elements while enhancing natural wood grain. This process extends deck longevity and maintains property aesthetics.
Cedar Siding Staining
We specialize in cedar siding restoration using penetrating oil finishes that preserve natural texture while providing durable protection. Our process includes mold remediation, thorough cleaning, and application of UV-blocking stains that prevent fading and deterioration. This service maintains cedar's rustic appeal while ensuring long-term structural integrity against Midwestern weather conditions.
Pressure Washing
Our pressure washing solutions effectively remove dirt, mildew, and surface contaminants from decks, siding, and concrete surfaces. We use calibrated equipment to prevent damage while eliminating buildup that compromises appearance and material integrity. This foundational service prepares surfaces for staining and extends the life of exterior structures.
Log Home Restoration
We restore log homes through specialized cleaning, chinking, and sealing processes that address weathering and structural stress. Our technicians use wood-preserving treatments to combat moisture damage and UV degradation, maintaining the natural beauty of log exteriors while reinforcing structural durability against seasonal changes in the Midwest climate.
Fence Refinishing
Our fence refinishing service revitalizes wood fences through thorough cleaning, repair of damaged sections, and application of protective sealants. We use penetrating stains that enhance wood grain while resisting moisture penetration and UV damage. This service restores curb appeal and extends fence lifespan by preventing rot and structural weakening from environmental exposure.

Contracted with Timberseal in Aug 2021 to clean and stain fence and clean and seal concrete driveway. Fence was completed last year after I complained first cleaning was not sufficient. Late last year, the driveway was cleaned twice, after another complaint it was not sufficient. Then I realized the equipment or operator caused damage, dimples, all over my 3 year old ($10,000) driveway. Greg explained it as spalling which he said was an installation flaw. Whatever. Timberseal has held our 30% deposit, $500. for 8 months and driveway is still not cleaned or sealed and damaged. Emails and voice messages go unanswered. I'm thrilled at all the ones that had great service from this company. I guess I wasn't one of the lucky ones.

Timber Seal did a really good job restoring my deck. Their workers are courteous, professional, and competent. The only issue we had was a slow start, and I'm not blaming anyone for that. Once they started the project, everything went great. The job was on the expensive side, but they did extra work to remove paint first. I'll hire them again.

Theses guys made my deck look like brand new EXTREMELY PLEASED. They literally sanded/buffed out the entire deck before staining. It's alot of labor but, completely worth it. I highly recommend them and I will be using them again in the future. Very Pleased for the price for value. My wood deck is at minimum 15 years old. I had to wait several months dot to the weather but, those things can't be helped.

I'm confused because on the website it says they service Lake County but when I called and gave my address the lady kind of laughed and said "oh, we don't come out there". I'm definitely in Lake County. Very unprofessional
