Services
Spray Foam Insulation
Spray foam insulation combines isocyanate and polyol resin to create expanding foam that seals gaps in walls, roofs, and concrete slabs. This method improves energy efficiency by reducing air leaks, which the US Department of Energy estimates account for 40% of home energy loss. Ideal for hard-to-reach areas, it offers superior thermal performance compared to traditional insulation.
Cellulose Insulation
Made from recycled newspaper, cellulose insulation provides eco-friendly thermal coverage with an R-value of 3.8 per inch. It resists fire (Class 1 rating) and integrates seamlessly around pipes and wiring. Applied dry, wet, or stabilized, it reduces noise, controls mold, and lowers long-term utility costs while supporting pest control efforts.
Batt Insulation
Pre-cut batt insulation is installed in walls, floors, and ceilings for thermal and acoustic control. Available in kraft-faced or unfaced options, it offers an economical solution when installed correctly. Commonly used in new construction and renovations, it balances affordability with effective temperature regulation.
Window Replacement
Our vinyl replacement windows enhance energy efficiency by expanding with temperature changes to prevent air leaks. Designed for existing homes, they feature insulated double-hung or single-hung styles with optional colonial lites for aesthetic appeal. These durable windows reduce energy bills and improve indoor comfort.
Drill and Fill Insulation
Drill and fill insulation targets existing walls by injecting materials like cellulose or foam through small holes. This method restores thermal performance without damaging interior finishes. It effectively seals gaps in finished walls, improving energy efficiency while maintaining structural integrity.
