Chris Swope is an honest man and he did not try to unnecessarily upsell me on products I did not need or use scare tactics. Very pleased with the service I received from Total Comfort! I called and spoke to a very nice woman in the office about what I was looking for, she called me back about 10 minutes later and was able to get me scheduled for a furnace inspection for my home sale. Josh did my inspection and he was on time (actually called and said he was running ahead of schedule, which was awesome!), professional, knowledgeable when I asked questions, and overall did a great job.

Total Comfort has been doing my furnace service for years and, even though my furnace is over 50 years old, it runs very well and they don't try and sell me anything. They even gave me a discount for being a repeat customer.

I especially want to shout out the installation guys. They were first class! Professional, timely, immaculate cleanup, answered any questions/concerns with pleasant communication, and kindness to my dog!
