Can't say enough about these guys. Rob was the sales guy, he was super knowledgeable and didn't try to upsell. Great experience, nice not having a guy who's pushy. Also was prompt with the quote unlike some others. Also got me in way before he thought he could! The guys who sanded were great. They took the time to speak with me and my mom/dad bouncing ideas around on what they thought best (went with natural satin finish and I LOVE it).
Couldn't thank Mark, Roy, and David enough. Finally wanted to thank Todd. The finish was excellent, but when they put the new trim in it didn't quite match, but he came by after and made it perfect. Also, Katrina in the office was really responsive and addressed any concerns I had and was prompt. The photos are before and after, they really don't do justice to how bad the floors were. I thought it would have to be ripped and replaced. Great company, if I could give more than 5 stars I would.

JATC refinished our original hard wood floors in our dining area and hallway. They also took out existing floors in kitchen area and laid new vinyl. Great place to find remnants, too. Rob Hahn was great to work with and we found a nice size, reasonably priced remnant. They work with a local company and can have the remnant bound as well. It looks great and really warms up the room. If you're in the market for a remnant, or have other flooring needs, give this place a look. Friendly staff and nice selections.

Great company! Rob was super responsive as a salesman and helped us stay within budget when selecting our flooring, without losing any quality. He had great suggestions and was easy to work with. Chuck & Patrick did a great job installing the new CoreTec ProPlus (Springfield Oak) luxury vinyl flooring over our concrete basement floor. They prepared the floors by grinding down any bumps and smoothing out minor depressions in the concrete.
They also installed the baseboards & shoe and finished everything off really nicely, down to the tiny details. Prior to the basement renovation, our floors had the old 9x9 asbestos tiles adhered to the concrete floor and then carpeting on top. We are so happy with this nice clean look and can't wait to spend more time enjoying our Family Room/Kids' Play Room again. Thank you!

The team came out on February 8th and did a great job! Patrick & Chuck were extremely courteous and ensured that everything was done as asked, and checked in with me frequently on their progress or with any questions. They were timely on arrival and completion of the job, and kept the working area tidy and cleaned up when they finished. I appreciated their professionalism and attention to detail to make my new home beautiful.
