Came over for an estimate and they were way over double 2 other estimates we got. Talked bad about their competition and said they used used parts. Then proceeded to charge a service call fee for giving such a crazy estimate. The estimator either didn't know what she was doing or they are criminal. Either way I would never recommend them. $6,500 for a standard water heater? You've got to be nuts. I received 3 other quote of the same Bradford and White unit ranging from $2,510 to $3200.

Our water heater failed and used Apollo for replacement and installation. They were timely and procedure was done immediately. After review of billing invoice I noticed exorbitant prices for a new shutoff valves and a pan. The water heater charge for installing and purchase of heater was $1199. The cost of a water valve replacement was $562 and the gas valve replacement was $473. The pan was $166.
After checking prices on the valves and pan from various plumbing supply dealers the actual prices for all three were less than $150. That's $1051 for labor. Totally overcharged. The whole project took less than 4 hours.

Johnathon Campbell was the technician that came out to unclog my drain. He was excellent! He was kind, funny, professional, knowledgeable and extremely thorough. He made suggestions and taught me how to actually plunge my bathtub and sinks if it happened again. He even went above and beyond and took a look at our HVAC system and water heater just to see how much life was left in them when I told him we just purchased our home 2 years ago and the systems were old.
We talked about a future plumbing job of switching out a utility sink. Most of all the process was fast and in no time my bath tub was draining again. I am so happy with the service he provided that I told him I would be using Apollo home from now on and hopefully be able to request him for any future plumbing projects. Thanks Apollo and Johnathon for coming out so quickly! Johnathon. stay interesting my friend!

We are very pleased with the professional service Chris at Apollo gave, he was easy to talk to yet he remained professional. The Apollo Tech knew his job which made us feel comfortable we would contact Apollo for any other services that we may need around our home especially if the service it's as good as what we received today. Made an appointment with Apollo for a backed up sink. The appointment was set for 3-5 same day. Alex the technician called right at 3 and said he was on his way and would arrive in about 15 minutes. He was right on time what a delightful young man took a look at the situation and said no problem he explained exactly what he was going to do. Then went ahead and cleared the drain line without making a mess which was much to the delight to my wife. He also told us of ways to prevent future problems. I would hire Apollo again if I ever need this kind of service again. Hopefully they will send Alex.
