One of their drivers speeding down a toll @ 1:03 pm April 26 2022. Cuts me off making me slam on my breaks while tailgating another vehicle almost colliding with them and my vehicle. Then proceeds to speed off while weaving in and out of traffic. What kind people are they hiring? If they could careless about other people's safety let alone their own safety. What makes you think they care to do your plumbing right. Horrible representation for this company. Just wow!

Get quote in writing, his word isn't good. Check his work closely. He quoted $200 on the phone, then $300 when he saw it in person. He finally charged $405. After billing over 200% of what he quoted, I found he put the 3-way shower diverter valve cover plate on upside down. The little hole in the cover plate was on top meaning water could get inside of it. You can do better than Cherokee Plumbing.

Best experience we ever could have asked for. We had 3 other plumbing companies let us down and ended up finding the best now so it was worth it! I've used Cherokee Plumbing for many years. I've had them fix leaks, replace a water heater, replace outdoor faucets, install a water softener. Colin has even made housecalls to check out issues and questions I've had about potential issues. And offered up how-to advice. They are my "go to" for anything plumbing.

The metal P-trap under my kitchen sink finally failed yesterday, thanks to hard water corrosion. I am grateful to Cherokee Plumbing for making room in their schedule to get my sink back into draining order by noon today. Vance and Aaron were professional, called before they came, and arrived when I was told to expect them. I will definitely use Cherokee Plumbing in the future!

I used Cherokee Plumbing based on recommendations from the Nextdoor App. I called them to get a quote on a new water heater with a circulating pump. Within a few hours, Collin called and we discussed what I wanted over the phone. He provided a rough estimate based off that conversation but said I could request a formal quote if I called into the office. I did and had two guys out the same day to provide a quote.
The quote was the best of the all the ones I had received, so I used them. I got on the schedule, but they called and had an earlier opening, so they got to my home within a couple days of my original call! The staff was friendly, courteous and explained everything I needed to know and answered all my questions. They even followed up the next day to make sure everything was okay. I would recommend them for your plumber and will be using them again. Nice job Cherokee Plumbing! Glad to have found you.

We needed an outdoor faucet repaired and Cherokee Plumbing was awesome! They came out the same day we called and made the repair. Colin was quick, efficient and work area was left clean. Prices are beyond reasonable. Very satisfied customers here. We will be calling them for an future work!
