Eric is not an architect. He is a decorator. we hired him to design a home in Scottsdale for a contracted price. We gave him all the architectural process guidelines as well as the design guidelines. He failed to meet HOA design guidelines. The city of Scottsdale stated they would not issue a permit due to lack of detail. Worst.he took our money. Be careful! You are better off paying a little more and hiring a licensed architect.
