I had them come out to diagnose the problem with my Scotsman Icemaker. The problem was the drain pump. They quoted me the price of the part. It was fortunately on back order. This gave me time to research the part. I called Scotsman home office and found out the pump/part retail was half the price they quoted me. Although the service was good, and they were nice, to double the price on a part is unacceptable. Maybe that is their policy, but it does not work for me.

This was my first time contacting Plaza Appliance Repair Co, Yancey came within 3 hours of my call for help. Came right in and went to work without wasting time and diagnosed the issue within 15 minutes. I thought the service bill was very reasonable for being so quick to help. I will always use and recommend this company for any appliance repair needs!

Steve was on time and very efficient. He repaired the dryer without difficulty and then recommended I have my vent cleaned to prevent further dryer issues. He recommended two companies and I followed up and as a result cleared up a problem I didn't know I had. I am quite pleased and highly recommend Plaza Appliance Service Company.

My daughter had put a load of clothes in the dryer, in preparation of leaving for a week long trip. Next morning her clothes were still soaking wet so we knew the dryer had broke. I borrowed the neighbors dryer knowing there was No way I could get an appointment same day. I called plaza appliance and immediately a very nice gentleman answered who told me he could have someone out by the next morning, which was a Saturday.
I said great! An hour later, the tech called and then texted me and asked if he could come out same day. He was here within the hour and replaced the heating element within 20 minutes. Very professional and very thorough! I would highly recommend this company to everyone. Not too mention the repair costs were Mininimal, next to none! I don't think they could be beat. Top notch and professional service!

Wish I had posted this earlier. We've been calling on Plaza Appliance Service Co. for years. Yancey is our service man and he does an awesome job! Before Yancey, we had David coming out. Doesn't matter who they send - they will do a great job! We've never had an issue of being left hanging.everything was always fixed. They are also honest enough to tell you when repairing isn't the answer, but replacement is.listen to them.
