Salesman helped me get more money from insurance company. Workers completed roof in one day (small house) with no mess afterwards. Gutter guys came at 6 am. I slept in and they had completed it by 9 am when I got up. They were quiet! Great service and comparable price. Service: Roof installation

I'm really a tough customer and if it isn't done to my satisfaction, it will be. Steve took everything in stride and made sure my roof was done with excellence, my house was painted like Picasso, and my deck roof was done to perfection. Oh, and he got the insurance company to replace my air conditioner because of all the hail damage. Nope, he probably doesn't want any more customers like me, but I believe in doing a job with excellence and being responsible for the work. That's accountability and NHI has it.

We contracted with Nat'l Home Improvement to handle several improvements/repairs. Steve Becker came to our home and did a very thorough inspection. He guided us through making the best chooses for our improvements/repairs, how the insurance process worked and helped us get the best possible price for the items insurance didn't cover. Nat'l Home Improvement worked directly with our insurance company regarding hail damage related improvements and directly with us regarding general maintenance improvements. Steve and his staff were very professional. Nat'l Home Improvement didn't have any hidden fees and stuck to their quoted price. We were extremely satisfied when the job was done. We would recommend Nat'l Home Improvements.

NHI was our contractor for our extensive hail damage. They worked with our insurance to get the most money possible to cover the cost of a new roof, new bay window, gutters, and vinyl siding. Steve, the owner, was great to work with. His workers did a fabulous job both in quality and timeliness. I give this company my highest recommendation.

I have used National Home Improvement, Inc., since the late 90's for window replacement, siding, gutters, and roofing on 3 different residences. Steve Becker of National Home Improvement is the most honest and open person I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. Steve gives more than 100% and actually cares about his customers! Joyce in the office is very knowledgeable and helpful even during National's busy times of the year.
