This experience has been the worst experience we have ever had. We have been called names, bullied by their site managers, told that our pool is small compared to their "million dollar" customers and told repeatedly that they have 24 other pools going by our site manager. Our STILL empty pool sits in our backyard after ONE YEAR. Don't let me forget how they lied to us and told us that their mason subcontractor had covid when they were really at another site.
We quoted one price for a load of dirt ($300) then charged $1100 but bullied into paying whatever they charge because they stop working until you pay whattever random amount they would like to charge. I have never left a negative review but this one is BEYOND warranted. I encourage you to not sign with company. I may never get my pool at this point. We signed the contract in April 2021 and still sit with a mess in our backyard and definitely not swimming as of end of April 2022.

I got my pool done by Artistic Pools Inc. in 2020, while Covid was at its peak, and I love it! My sales rep was kind, helpful, and guided me through the building process. I appreciate the hard work these guys have put in even while this pandemic has affected everyone. I will recommend Artistic Pools to anyone who's looking to build a pool.

Artistic Pools built our pool starting in 2020 and finishing in 2021. Right in the middle of covid. Even in the midst of all of the stress and material/supply anguish, they knocked it out of the park. From the initial consultation with the sales team, through the design phase, the construction and the final finish phase, things could not have gone any better. I met a lot of members of their team during the process.
From the salesman to the project manager and his subs, the girls at the office and even the boss man, Ron. They all seemed to have my best interest at heart with the desire to take care of my every concern and care during the build. The subs they used were friendly and seemed to know exactly what their job was and did it perfectly. The landscaper they recommended had exquisite and unique ideas and matched the theme of what I desired perfectly with the uniqueness of the pool. Seems like a company based on genuine integrity of personnel and product as well as strong character and concern with the highest degree of standards. I would absolutely recommend them as a 1st choice in the design/install world of residential pools.
