I needed a concrete sealer for my new driveway. The guy asked me questions on what I needed it for and helped me figure out the best product for the job. He then explained how to apply the product. He was very knowledgeable and he made the job easy. I will definitely go back when I need concrete products.

I purchased a 5 gal can of concrete sealer for about $220.00. It was supposed to be a 1-5 year acrylic product for our new driveway. Our contractor said, Do yourself a favor and return it. The product we recommend is 5-10 years and only $140 for a 5 gal can. We had to go into east Omaha to get it, but reading the label, it certainly shows that this product bonds with the concrete and doesn't sit on top of it.

Problem occurred when we brought the original can back to Watkins after only having it for 2 days. They attempted to charge us a 20% restocking fee, but my wife would have none of it. In Nebraska, there is a 3-day right of return on a sale, and this was not a special order item. I did not appreciate them trying to line their pockets because they lost the sale. I was going to buy pavers for an additional part of the project, but I'm taking my business elsewhere now.

The show Room and product line and quality at Watkins block are awesome. The sales staff are super helpful, highly recommend this place for any landscaping block or construction block needs. Their selection is unbelievable.
