Well apparently my 1 year old water heater was defective and needed to be fixed, so they turned it off. So, I call the company who installed it and they told me nothing is wrong and that these guys ("Worst class" plumbing) were just too lazy to reignite it. Also, had my 13 year old daughter sign off on it without consulting me (I was outside in my backyard), and left before I could even read what left.

I have worked for mike and mary they are very nice both of them they treat everyone fair and mike he used to work at magnolia plumbing I used to work for him he is a very very honest person. I'm sure I would still be working for them if I hadn't hurt my back. Some time ago we had a water disaster in our condo and First Class was recommended to us. They were responsive, punctual and professional. Recently we had to have a new water heater installed and First Class responded within a day and installed a new water heater in several hours. They were excellent and the price much less than we were expecting to pay. Highly recommended (Thanks Skip!)

I used First Class Plumbing after a couple years with my regular plumber (and that plumber's regularly deceasing performance). I was nervous because you just never know. But First Class was, well, first class! From my first call to schedule a pipe leak repair to the service call to the price. Professional, knowledgeable and timely. Plus, the cost was about half of what my other plumber was going to charge. I highly recommend First Class Plumbing!

A big mistake. I called them after they were recommend by my development. Don't! They came when promised and were good about calling when slightly delayed, but then told me it was $250 to fix 2 extremely easy things. ( unscrewing a water filter that I didn't have a big enough wrench for and replacing 2 cracked pladtic bolts). They lied and said the job was extremely complicated and difficult (which I knew it wasn't! ) When I called the company back they said tbe price was for parts and labor.

I told them the parts were 2 plastic bolts! They said the price then includes a lot of labor. I asked what the hourly rate was and she said "We don't have one." So I asked, "Then how do you calculate the labor?" She replied "I'm not a plumber, it's just what he decides it costs. " Based on what? A 10 min phone call gave me no answer. Needless to say the job took 15 minutes, as I expected, and I will never again use First Class Plumbing!
