We got three bids, or at least tried to get three bids. One company never bothered to show up. Cooper Mountain was the lowest of the two bids we got. They did the work in February so I was nervous about rain and leaks, but no problems at all there. They told me up front that the finish date would be flexible because they had to work around the weather. They actually finished sooner than I expected.
It's been two months since completion and no problems with leaks and we've had some heavy rain during that time. I've done spring cleaning of the yard and very little debris in the yard. A few small pieces of roofing and staples. I would absolutely use them again, though at my age the roof should out live me

We had three bids for re-roofing our home. Cooper Mountain Roofing was not the cheapest, but we decided to hire them for three reasons: 1. They found several problems to address not found by the other two companies--examples: found our bathroom vents did not have holes in the roof and we need to have chimney mason point tuck and seal around the chimney, as concrete cap is falling apart. 2. They offered a better warranty than the other companies. 3.
Their quote was personalized--not a cookie-cutter proposal. Owner Pat Woods was professional, knowledgeable and friendly--patiently answered all our questions. Project was completed in 3 days--as they had estimated. Overall, we had a great experience using this roofing company.

We recommend Cooper Mtn Roofing. Fair quote (we had 2 others to compare against), professional communications, they had to reschedule due to weather. Great support: during tear off, there was minor damage, the team lead Shawn came out immediately to resolve it. Crew was polite & detailed in their work. Oh and the roof looks & works great.

I needed a roof as mine was 24 years old and did not want leaks. They were in the middle of price range for my house. Glad I choose them as the workers were all polite did a great job, did not cut any corners, cleaned up my yard everyday. I was a contractor for 27 years so I know a good job when I see it
