They did a excellent job building our garage however the cement contractor RC Construction was difficult to deal with. Work wasn't done correctly. Cut cement too deep. Basically refused to correct situation. Service: Remodeling

Brad Chazin, third-generation owner of Western Construction is a true professional. After receiving bids from other garage builders and being frustrated by the companies response time and lack of professionalism, I found Western. Brad patiently answered all my questions about my proposed garage and was very helpful with the planning stage. I would absolutely refer friends and family to this wonderful company.

Quality and price match. Not too expensive, not exceptional quality, but good. Communication is a struggle. Not quick to return emails or phone calls, if ever. Must call and email several times to get a response. The subcontractors they use are more than rough around the edges. I had at least a full pack of cigarette buts all around the garage. No porta-potty was supplied by Western for their subs, so I offered my bathroom and the lead carpenter said "We just piss in a bottle in the truck".

One day I came home and my yard had trash from the siding all over. I thought for sure the guys where coming back, they did the next day. I mostly just got excuses instead of solutions. They never gave us a schedule and never let us know when people where going to be at our house. Small details like consistent stud spacing, filling nail holes in trim and daily cleanup do not exist with Western. I would suggest using them if you want a reasonably priced structure with OK to good quality. I would suggest NOT using them if you care about communication, professionalism, scheduling or neatness.

Just figured I would share my experience using Western Construction for my new garage. This was my first time contracting out for a major project. During my build, I had to contact them numerous times to address the timeline, took over five months for standard garage. Since completion, I have poor repairs of mistakes they made. I have walls leaking, pooling of water, and cracking of my slab. When I contacted him about the walls leaking I was given excuses and lies.

I have attempted to address these and other issues with the owner, Brad Chasin, but would not answer or return messages left. I resorted early in the build to taking many photos and detailed documentation of the painful process.

I was really impressed with Western Construction right from the start if my process for my new garage. Brad came to my home and explained all the options available to me and helped me obtain the loan that I was seeking. It was all really easy and very straight forward. He told me a date they would begin construction and he stuck to his word. His teams were very professional and performed their jobs well.

I have absolutely no complaints and will refer Western Construction to anyone looking for a new garage. I love my new addition. Thank you to Brad and all your teams that made this project possible. Barbara
