Was very disappointed in C C & L's customer service! We have been on a long search for vintage replacement tiles for a roof repair and contacted this company to see if they have any of the tiles. They abruptly told us to call somebody else--that they are in Oregon and don't ship. I am assuming that they were too lazy to find out for us if they have any of the tiles or not. We are well-aware they are in Oregon--we contacted them!
I'm wondering how a company this disinterested in customers stays in business at all. I can only imagine how difficult it would have been if we had done business with them. I certainly DO NOT recommend them for anything.

This is a review for a new roof CC&L installed 20 years ago plus a recent service. Our 50 year old cement bar tile roof needed replacement in 2002. After getting quotes from a number of roofers, Mike Cooper and his crew at CC&L was our clear choice. Our job was run by Marty and he and his team took such extreme care and did a great job. They were so awesome that we were actually sad to see them go when the job was complete.
We were so happy we also used them a few years later to put new siding on our house! Fast forward 20 years and we needed a couple of tiles replaced from storm damage. The gentleman who answered the phone said we were the first job he worked on 20 years ago. Mike and Marty are still there and if that's not a sign of a great company with that kind of continuity I don't know what it is. Competitive pricing, great quality and wonderful people. If you read this you have found the right roofer. Search no more!

Shawn Cornwell (Owners son) was my project manager. They did a great job at repairing extensive water damage. Shawn was incredibly responsive and consulted with me regularly as we discovered and repaired what needed to be done. They did what they needed to do and nothing more saving me money and time. I appreciate the work, but even more, how I was kept involved with the entire process. The price was fair, not great but not outrageous. You get what you pay for and I am very satisfied how the entire project went.

CC&L completed a fantastic job on my gazebo's roof. Harvey and his colleague used expertise and artistry in the work. It was just as I had envisioned.only better! Harvey addressed each of my concerns patiently and to my satisfaction. He and his crew were on time every day, and I might add in some miserable cold rainy conditions. They perservered on the steep pitched octagonal roof working through the rain. I couldn't be happier. My hat is off to Harvey and his crew. I would recommend CC&L and Harvey to everyone wanting a professionally done roof job. Chuck
