November 2025 Sebastian Grundseth put in a new hot water heater for us tonight. He went above and beyond to get it done today since my husband and i are both teachers and it is tough to be out of school. His dedication to our project was immensely appreciated.

July 2024 Chris Freeman did top notch work replacing our old sink and faucet in our kitchen. Would definitely hire them again for any plumbing needs.

Nick with Ben Franklin Plumbing replaced our Hot Water heater, reverse osmosis, and water softener. While visiting my Uncle in Kernersville, they had a running toilet and a leak at the base of it. We use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing where I live, so I suggested calling them. They arrived right on time, diagnosed a worn flapper and bad wax ring, and gave us a clear quote before starting. The repair took less than an hour, left no mess, and fixed the problem completely. Gave a fair price. Highly recommend!

Sebastian was AMAZING! He arrived earlier than what was quoted. He was very professional, courteous, and quickly diagnosed the issue. The repair was completed efficiently and effectively and he took the time to explain what was going to be done and what was done. Jeff and Tripp were amazing!! My water heater died after almost 19yrs, it was leaking all over the garage floor. They came out the same day I called them and told them the water heater died. I upgraded to a tankless water heater. They were super knowledgeable and got me hot water the same day! I would definitely recommend!

Our kitchen sink had been backed up for 5 days and nothing we tried worked to get it flowing again. Turns out, the line was actually backed up solid with too much food debris and grease from cooking over the years. Sebastian came out and had us back up and running in just a couple of hours! Made an online appointment and was contacted the same day to have someone come in one day. Customer service was exceptional especially considering rd conditions due to recent wintery weather. The technician Jeff Gulliver was great as well with getting everything set and up and explaining what went wrong and things to look out for. The ease of scheduling, and the communicating were fantastic. Once Jeff got here, he took a look at the problem and had a solution, along with an estimated repair cost within 5-10 minutes. Jeff worked efficiently to get our pipe repaired, replaced the hot water overflow and did some light concrete demo and repair in less than 90 minutes. He was very polite and professional as well.

Corey was awesome. Really friendly and professional. He knows his stuff and went above and beyond to not just resolve my issue but make sure I understood the plumbing in my home. I made a call after I had flushed a toilet paper holder down the toilet and he was there within the hour. I spoke with a guy named Adam when I called and he was really friendly and helpful as well. In a time when good customer service is harder and harder to find, these guys are a breath of fresh air. Highly recommend.

Chris came out to clean out a drain that was completely clogged. In his opinion he would need to use the hydro jet since it was probably grease and boy was he right. What little bit I saw a greasy black substance it was really nasty. About a week later we had a issue with no water my husband is kinda a handyman but after trying to change the switch on the tank in our store room still no water. I called Benjamin Franklin of the Triad-Chris, he was about to come out the same morning. We had a serious problem now the water tank in the store room was more than 40 years old due to the date written on it and we knew the well pump was more than 6 years since my husband bought it at Lowe's. The pump was checked and the nipple that goes into the water tubing had snapped off at and pump. Chris gave us a estimate of all the work we needed done and we agreed it would be best to have everything replaced with new. Chris and Tim came out the next day prepared to work rain or shine at 9am. They pulled the pump out of the well which was 150 ft I might add. Replaced the pump, tubing, wiring, plastic disk to hold the wiring to the tubing, water tank, 2 water filters (large and med) all new lines in the store room and put in a frost free faucet run out to the backyard. I cannot say enough about their professionalism and the timely manner they completed their work.

We can’t say enough good things about Chris! Replacing our hot water heater ended up being more complicated than a simple tank swap, but Chris went above and beyond. He took the time to figure out exactly what needed to be done, gave us multiple options, and worked hard to get it all finished surprisingly fast.

Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, but he also took the time to explain safety info and answer all our questions thoroughly. On top of that, he was just a genuinely great person to have in our home—friendly, personable, and respectful. He was so sweet to our 8-year-old daughter (and even joked back with her!) and was kind to our dogs too, even though they were gated away. Little things like that really meant a lot to us.

If you’re looking for someone who knows their stuff and truly cares about their work and the people they’re helping, we highly recommend Chris.

I’ve used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing twice - once for replacing a toilet and a leaking water pressure regulator, and today to fix a leaking shutoff valve behind the fridge. Both times the service has been excellent. Today, I called them as soon as I noticed the problem, and they had someone out within a few hours.

Wednesday evening came home to 3 busted water lines under my home, called BF plumbing. They were there in 15 min of my call. Did the survey of damage and also found another issue with the tank. Tim Southard Quoted a VERY reasonable price and had a tech onsite first thing next morning as the repair needed parts from an already closed supply house. Chris Showed up smiling and friendly and got right to work. Gave me constant updates and checked for more leaks after he was finished. Not too mention doing all this work in a cramped and flooded crawl space...MY REPAIR IS COMPLETE. AWESOME SERVICE...AWESOME PRICE. I even have better pressure then before.

I had my small home re-piped to replace all the old polybutelyne pipes which had been recalled many years ago. Chris spent a lot of time evaluating every aspect of the existing plumbing and gave me a great quote for the work. We set up an appointment to do the work and Chris showed up right on time that morning, and had the entire house re-piped before 5:00 pm, including replacing the tub and shower faucet, spout and head.

I had an amazing experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Service. Their plumber, Chris, was an absolute professional. He arrived promptly, greeted me warmly, and took the time to thoroughly explain each step of the repair process before getting started. I really appreciated his friendly and patient approach.

What impressed me the most was Chris's willingness to show me exactly what the issue was and how he planned to fix it. He not only resolved the problem efficiently but also took measures to ensure that it wouldn't happen again. The pricing was reasonable, especially considering the high-quality service and trustworthiness of the company.

Before contacting Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Service, I had a terrible experience with another company called Go Green. The so-called "service" I received was the worst I've encountered in decades. I paid an unpleasant individual to inspect the issue, and he suggested an outrageous fix involving cutting through the ceiling from the roof to deal with a simple wax seal problem in the bathroom on the lower floor. Needless to say, I'm relieved that I didn't go ahead with their proposal and instead chose Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Service.
