Our services range from kitchen and bathroom renovations to additional bedrooms, living areas, and accessory dwelling units, supported by transparent estimates, consistent communication, and quality workmanship.
JWILCO delivers detailed finish carpentry designed to bring a cohesive, carefully completed appearance to residential spaces. From crown molding, door casings, and baseboards to custom staircases, decorative paneling, and built-in features, we address the elements that define a room's character. Our work also encompasses painting, tile and backsplash installation, hardwood and other flooring, lighting, mirrors, and hardware. We take care to match existing architectural styles and can work with customer-selected materials when requested.
Our kitchen remodeling services are designed to replace inefficient arrangements with spaces that balance appearance and everyday usability. JWILCO incorporates solutions such as soft-close cabinet hardware, pull-out pantry storage, precision-cut stone countertops, and contemporary lighting fixtures. Where appropriate, we also modify interior partitions to establish a more open environment. Project costs and completion times depend on material selections, kitchen dimensions, and any necessary structural modifications.
We approach every bathroom remodel with a focus on functional design, sophisticated finishes, and long-term reliability. Our services encompass custom-tiled showers with built-in niches and bench seating, freestanding soaking tubs, tub-to-shower conversions, and bespoke vanity installations. By coordinating material choices, essential trades, permits, and final details, we ensure each renovation reflects thoughtful design while prioritizing waterproofing and moisture resistance.
Expanding your home requires thoughtful planning and construction that respects its existing design. At JWILCO, we create additional bedrooms, offices, living areas, primary suites, and independent living spaces tailored to your household's needs. Matching roofing, exterior materials, windows, and interior trim helps maintain a cohesive appearance. Our team coordinates the construction process, architectural planning, engineering, permits, and utilities from beginning to completion.
Our custom construction solutions are designed for homeowners seeking features beyond conventional remodeling options. We develop personalized spaces through structural layout changes, specialty carpentry, distinctive outdoor structures, and accessibility upgrades. By working directly with you throughout the building process, we ensure your ideas are carefully incorporated into the finished project. We also handle engineering, permitting, and precise finish work, prioritizing structural integrity and long-term performance.
A quality paint job requires more than a fresh color, which is why we prioritize protection and craftsmanship throughout our interior and exterior painting projects. We prepare surfaces thoroughly and select durable paints and primers designed for moisture and ultraviolet exposure. Whether updating a single room, repainting an entire exterior, or completing a renovation, we provide carefully applied finishes with smooth transitions, defined edges, and dependable durability.

JWILCO was a pleasure to work with! Business Manager, Josh Jones worked very hard to give me a beautiful & functional bathroom, within my budget! His crew of Jeremy, Samuel & Tobias were always on time, courteous, respectful & left our bathroom clean during remodel, for us to still get to our master closet on the daily! It is hard to find contractors now days that feel your time is just as valuable as theirs! Josh always called when he said he would, & returned my calls in a very timely manner. That is very rare now days, & I am very appreciative! I love my new bathroom & would not hesitate to use them for future remodeling!

If your looking for contractor to remodel, repair, restore your home choose JWILCO Construction!!
We recently had a kitchen sink water supply line break and flood entire 1st floor. Filed insurance claim requiring water mitigation and restoration repair. After water mitigation was completed, entire flooring, trim, kitchen cabinets, paint, dry wall, plumbing and electrical repair was needed to put home back together. JWILCO was highly recommended by friends and choosing them was the best decision ever. Restoring entire 1st floor appeared to be daunting but JWILCO crew timely and professionally restored home beautifully... Josh, Jeremy, Sam and the rest of crew were awesome. The entire job took about 2 and half weeks and the crew started work promptly everyday at 8am and worked tirelessly until 5pm. Jeremy the foreman was such a knowledgeable, highly skilled craftsman and extremely patient answering every dumb question, concern I had. Had difficulty with insurance adjustor getting a fair claim reimbursement and Josh (the owner) diligently worked with adjustor explaining repair details, cost and other factors which was an enormous help. So if your looking for a contracting company that's honest, prompt, highly skilled and great customer service go with JWILCO.

Im very impressed and happy with my remodel results from the work that Jeremy and Josh did for me. The bid was accurate and they arrived promptly every morning. Everything was organized well and I always knew what part of the project would be completed next. They checked in with me to see what I thought and asked my opinions when we need to make decisions. I added a few things and that was no problem. They always left my home clean and secure at the end of the day. I own my own real estate firm and I have never experienced this quality of work. I have recommended them to many of my clients and family. They painted the interior, added bead board in two rooms, added board and batten in the foyer and living dining rooms, changed the lighting and mirrors, enclosed my patio and added a storm door. The improvement is remarkable and truly makes my house a home. Below are before and after photos.

JWILCO did a bunch of work on my house. I had to completely replace the siding on one side of my home from woodpecker damage, roof cleaning and shingle repair, chimney repair, high-risk exterior painting and door frame repairs. Jeremy at JWILCO did timely, professional, and quality work at a fair and reasonable price. My neighbors were so impressed, they had him work on their homes as well. Give JWILCO a call if you need work done. You'll be thankful you did!

I was told about Jwilco by a couple trusted seasoned contractors I know. I am so glad I chose them to do the job. Their work ethic was refreshingly top notch! No extended breaks, no smoking or loud music. They kept me in the loop of findings and progress and treated me with respect. They worked full days & got the project done in a timely and practical way. I appreciate this team and am VERY satisfied with their work! I will refer them to others and call them first in the future! Thank you for your honesty and integrity fellas!
