These installers are 5-star professionals. From beginning to end, Constantine explained every detail in the estimate & answered my multiple questions in laymen terms. The 4-man team was very thoughtful, polite and protective of my home, landscaping, and personal belongings. I wish every service company worked at these high standards. They gave me an honest appraisal without charging for unnecessary tests, and did the installation quickly, in the middle of an epic heat wave. They might be newer than some of the other folks around, but they are building a stellar and well-deserved reputation. Dont hesitate! (At seven months, had a service call that went smoothly and was pretty economical!)

My furnace stopped working. Orion was able to dispatch a service technician the next day (Saturday). The technician was a wonderful guy. Friendly, helpful. He showed up on time, fixed the problem. My AC was not cooling down my house. I have dual zones. I had another company come out and tell me that I needed a new board, which he quoted about $800 with install. I got a second opinion with Orion and I'm so happy that I did. Constantine came out and told me that there was nothing wrong with my board and figured out the problem... saving me from a shady tech. Now my AC is working perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to call Orion again. They are honest and get the job done.

My tech Feliks was really helpful. I had to leave and run an errand and he made my wife feel comfortable with the work he was doing. Water was leaking from the ceiling. I suspected that it was a clogged drain from the HVAC unit in the attic.
When Victor (technician) came, he looked around and determined the issue and went to work. Then he briefly explained to me the cause and the condition of the unit in the attic. He made sure everything was working properly. He was very professional and quick!

Alex at Orion was friendly, courteous and professional. He took his time explaining the issue and when he came back with the part to fix he made sure the job was done right! Orion HVAC provided stellar service, before, during, and after our repair. Victor and Oleg were both friendly and very professional. Oleg worked very hard and diligently to get the unit repaired. Both Yuri and Victor are good technicians, polite, honest and professional. Yuri spend time to order and pick up the parts from the distributor for my AC which is not even his responsibility and was not getting reimbursement for. They are a small but a honest business which is the good quality that I think every business should have. I would do business with them again when my AC breaks again, Hopefully not.
