I had a great experience with Duncan Home Services, particularly my technician, Tyler. He communicated his ETA and once he began working on our issue, he clearly communicated what was happening. In the end, it was a relatively minor issue and he was able to rectify things pretty easily. I appreciated the honesty, because Ive had service providers in the past use minor issues as an opportunity to unreasonably upsell me on unneeded repairs. I will definitely be using Duncan moving forward.

Sean was able to fix our Samsung ice maker. Was told it couldnt be fixed by another repair service. Thought we were going have to buy a new refrigerator. Sean had a repair kit that was able to fix the issue. Sean was very professional and knowledgeable. Gave us information on other appliances that we asked about. Very efficient and left everything cleaned up.

Justin was very professional and knowledgeable of my Whirlpool washer however I didn't expect it would cost so much to repair. It's not Duncan's fault. I'm not convinced Whirlpool is a good appliance manufacturer. Thank you Duncan repair service. I would definitely request Justin if other repairs are needed. Professional, knowledgeable and fast service.

The service person arrived promptly, assessed the problem, provided me with a detailed estimate for the repair, and then ordered the parts. Approximately 7 to 10 days later, Duncan Appliance called to schedule the actual repair. The service person again arrived on schedule, and quickly made the repair to my satisfaction.

Had a wonderful experience with Justin. He came out at the beginning of the time window which I had requested and was very helpful. Unfortunately the news was not good, a bad motor on a dishwasher that was about 30 years old and part could not be replaced although he tried several resources. He gave me a couple of names of appliance dealers they recommend.

I called Duncan Home Services based on the VERY high recommendation of a friend. The scheduler was able to fit me in for repair work early the next day. The technician (Justin) arrived on time and got right to work quickly diagnosing the problem. He was unable to perform the repair work that day because I needed to defrost the refrigerator prior to any work being done. Again, they were able to get Justin back out the following day. He arrived on time and our refrigerator is now back up and running. Im pleased and will call Duncan Home Services again.

Sean arrived as scheduled and restored our Fisher Paykel washing machine to operational condition. He explained what he was doing, answered our questions, and gave us tips to keep the machine operational for many more years.

Super great repair team, had a guy named Matt. Fast, friendly, and did I mention fast? They had to order parts and the parts arrived the next day and they were back out the day after. Pretty amazing. Always arrived in their window as well, texted/communicated well, and a good price to boot. Even the home office scheduling and such was nice and easy.
Repairs were well done, zero issues since. Will absolutely use again.

Sean was my repairman and he was great. His appearance looked as should. He was so nice. He fixed my dryer problem quickly for the $159 minimum fee. He lmk if it should ever happened in the future what issues would arise & cost. He was even nice enough to let me take the time to clean behind my dryer! I will use Duncan again if I have any appliance repairs in the future. I highly recommend them.

Tyler successfully completed an oven repair on our Viking range. It proved to be a challenging repair and he methodically worked with other experienced techs within Duncan and Viking to identify, and ultimately, make the repair. Tyler patiently and clearly answered our questions regarding the problem with our oven. He showed up for the appointments on time, and cleaned- up afterwards. The individual(s) who answered our calls at Duncan were very polite and helpful. I highly recommend Duncan for appliance repair based on this experience.

Matt arrived as scheduled and was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. The repair was done and tested to make sure that it was working properly. He was very friendly and was a good representative of your company. This was the 2nd time we have used Duncan in the last 3 years and I would have no problem requesting Matt in the future if the need arises.

Both appointments, they were able to get me on the schedule promptly. Great service, parts came in fast so return to fix was quick. Was a little expensive, but cheaper than buying a whole new dryer. Should get quite a few more years out of it now since it basically has all new parts! Highly recommend Duncan for appliance repair!
