I have had great experiences with this agency. A few years ago I I worked with David O'Connell who worked patiently to find us a good insurance solution over Christmas when our old insurer cancelled and Geico was unable to help. More recently I have worked with Sonia Carneiro. She patiently explained the pros and cons of quotes from various sources. We just got a puppy not covered by our existing policy and she identified which insurers will consider our dog breed an acceptable risk and found a very reasonably priced solution. I would highly recommend this agency and Sonia, especially if you have a dog breed that are considered risky

The Kovalev Insurance Agency was a huge help to me. As a newcomer to the United States and a new driver with a freshly obtained license, every insurance company I approached gave me outrageous quotes. I worked with Leo and Sonia at Kovalev Insurance. I cannot recommend them more. I had a new house that I was having trouble getting homeowners quotes for. Unlike the previous broker I was dealing with, the team was fast in getting me quotes and super responsive. When there was an issue with payment on closing, Leo, Sonia and team made sure to work with our lawyers and mortgage company to get it rectified.
