Valerie came to our house on a service call for an issue with our hot water heater. She diagnosed the issue in a few minutes and informed my wife that there was nothing wrong with the water heater. She took the time to explain her troubleshooting process and also educated my wife on the need to purge the heater at least once a year to avoid issues down the road. We highly recommend America N.W. if you have a plumbing issue in your home!
Adding to the review above, we now use American NW for HVAC as well. They were out helping us with a water heater issue and noticed that the furnace was cycling abnormally. We got on the schedule for a service call the next day and Zack came out in the morning to take care of the issue. Because we are members of their service program, the charge was way less than we were expecting and we were once again educated on how to prevent issues in the future. I cannot recommend this company enough!

Cant say enough about this company! Called first thing this morning because I had a leak under my kitchen sink the lady who answered the phone said they didn't have any openings but then she said she could squeeze me in, had two guys show up 2 hours later and they were very polite and funny. They looked at the leak and before I could sign the one guy was already getting tools to go to work! They had it all done within 30 minutes thank you Manny and Zack it was a pleasure, you guys will be my go to on any plumbing or HVAC.

I would highly recommend these guys. I had a water leak in my guest bath and the gas furnace had to be removed to complete the repair. They removed the furnace, replumbed the guest bathroom, replumbed the water for the wash machine and installed a new dishwasher in for me for a great price. Zach, one of their furnace techs is an awesome guy, friendly, courteous and get things done quickly.

Val and Manny were awesome! I had a horrible experience with a plumber from Gold Seal. He was rude, condescending and marked up the price way more than it should have been. I ended up asking him to leave. I just needed help connecting a natural gas line. Val and Manny from America NW plumbing were kind, quick and even double checked the line again at the end. The price was half the price from what Gold seal jerk had said! I would definitely go with America NW plumbing again! Thank you for a much better experience!

After 2 other heating & air companies failed to diagnose my furnace issues and $400 later for them trying to chip away at what was wrong, I called America NW for help. Not only did they send someone to my house immediately on a Friday evening, but they sent Zach who was able to diagnose the issue within 10 minutes. Gave us options and was honest and forthcoming. Explained everything thoroughly and was able to give us a quick fix to keep us temporarily warm through the weekend while he got the equipment we needed that following Monday. When he came back he was again very communicative and did a thorough and efficient job. I highly recommend him and this company. Sheena at the office was also very attentive and helpful!

Wallace did a great job installing a whole house combination water filtration and salt-free water softener (Kind Water E-3000). I was going to do the installation but found a leaking main water shutoff inside the house, so called American NW Plumbing to have them replace the valve. Even after the water company shut off the water at the street, it was still leaking so sweating on a new valve would have been difficult for me. Wallace installed the new valve with a compression tool, and then I asked him to do the rest of the job since he was already here. Im happy with the installation and the price was reasonable.

American NW Plumbing is awesome! My husband and I called to request a consultation with a plumber who could teach us how to winterize our condo. We first talked with Sheena in the office, who assured us that the plumber would be able to tell us everything we needed to know. We were so impressed when Wallace came to our home and walked us through the winterizing process and explained in detail and actually walked us through the steps. After he showed us how to winterize our entire home, he walked us through the steps we would need to follow to open the house back up. He explained what to watch for and told us where we could get the products needed. Wallace was professional and friendly. He spent more than an hour with us and answered all of the questions we had. He checked our water heater, toilets, sinks etc., and told us to please call him if we had any further questions. When we asked how much we owed him, he told us that this was all part of his job. The service given by Wallace and American NW Plumbing was invaluable. We also appreciate the honor given by the company to Service Members, First Responders and older adults. My mom used American NW Plumbing last year at this time to replace a shower/tub valve and the plumbers were outstanding. We schedule an appointment to replace a leaking valve in the master bathroom. Mark came out, assessed the value and found no issues. Mark was very thurough, informative and the organization is lucky to have such an excellent employee.

I was trying to flush my tankless water heater. Had some issues, so called for help. They sent 2 techs (Val and Zac) to come over. America NW Plumbing did a fantastic job at my house. They showed up ON TIME, assessed my situation, and got the job done asap. Brett and Sam were professional and took the time to answer all of my questions once the work was completed, making sure everything worked properly before they left.

We needed a new water heater ASAP. I was very impressed with their customer service! Phone was answered promptly, service was scheduled quickly, and their technicians were personable, friendly, and efficient. I even received a follow up call to make sure I was happy with the service and everything was working properly. I cant say enough good things about this team of dedicated professionals!
