I love supporting local, small businesses, especially when they are as professional and responsive as Hunter Plumbing. They are pleasant, communicative, they show up on-time, they do excellent work and they back up their services if you have an issue. I wouldnt use anyone else!

I am very happy with this company. Ive been wanting to have hot water faster in my house since it was built 5 1/2 years ago. Marc installed a recycle pump onto our tankless hot water heater. Next, Ethan was very thorough with his checks, for leaks, and explained everything in detail to my wife and I. Great service. Kept contact by text with arrival time. Came early. Also sent pictures of service person. Saved us money on service call because we moved the service from the weekend to a week day. I really appreciate that. Not many companies would even suggest doing that. Will be calling them again if I need any plumbing service.

I enjoyed the people. Punctual and communicative.. I was Informed on everything that would happen. It was done in a timely fashion and cleanly fashion. I was given a tour of the work that had been done and given a schedule for maintenance. I had a water purification system installed. They also did certain things that made it more convenient for me in the future to change filters. They were actually early and they left before expected. The service was fantastic and I highly recommend them for a variety of things. They also worked on installing a generator in my home for an entire house generator. . Outstanding service by Hunter Plumbing Services, LLC. My situation began with Ethan who was extremely thorough and took time to share with me what was going on through the process of his attempting to fix a toilet issue. After many attempts it became apparent that my issue was much more severe than originally suspected. Eventually Marc and Eric joined Ethan at my home to locate a blockage that could not easily be found. Through persistent teamwork, advanced technology tools, and the resolve to find a solution it was discovered that my builder had not capped the escape line properly and I had a large root system growing in my pipe system. Due to my late afternoon appointment Kathy even got involved scheduling a follow-up appointment for Ethan and Marc to complete the job. It was not as easy as it sounds as they had to locate the escape line that was cut off and buried at my foundation. The good news is they got it done! I appreciate their plumbing skills, the fact that they communicated with me through the entire process, their diligence to locate the escape line and withdraw the four foot or so root system without unnecessary damage to my home.

Came to replace two moen cartridges and a tub spout diverter. Marc was amazing. I had some questions for him throughout the process and he was very patient and thorough providing information. Definitely recommend these guys for anyone in the Myrtle Beach area. Great experience and I will be having them do some toilet replacements as well.

Hunter Plumbing Services was an absolutely wonderful selection for our plumbing needs. Their in-office team (Kathy) was excellent and was able to get us scheduled same day within 2 hours of my call. Ethan could not have been a nicer young gentleman, and technician. He solved our sewer line problem with his expertise and had us back in business in a short period of time. Also, the cost of the service call was very reasonable. We will not hesitate to do business with Hunter Plumbing Services again if needed.
