I had a main drain line blockage on a Sunday. Called 4 or 5 places and either they never called back or told me they were not available. Someone at TMG answered right away, told me how much it was going to cost up front, and arrived in about an hour. In an hour the tech "Adam" cleared the blockage. I have a new plumbing company.

I recently requested a recommendation, on a fb forum I belong to, for a window cleaning company. I received several recommendations and called three places, left voicemail and received only one call back. TMG Cleaning called back promptly and made the effort to accommodate me with a very short notice. Since no one else called back, I went ahead with TMG. Absolutely no regrets! They did an amazing job on my windows/ screens. They were professional, helpful, and very pleasant. I highly recommend them! I also discovered that they have many other services such as painters, plumbers and much more. Theyll definitely be my go to. The crew that came to my home( Walter and Demi) were wonderful, very pleasant and detail oriented. Five star for the crew as well!

Tyler Gonzalez and his crew have been lifesavers!!! They came in after my kitchen restoration project had gone off course and have saved the day! They show up, work hard and are very efficient. Tyler has been super communicative and on top of the job. His crew, Paul and son, are friendly, fast, hard-working and respectful. A pleasure to have working in my home. We hired TMG to fix our toilet with a chronic clogging problem. Paul and his trainee Adam were wonderful! TMG was a god send from the start. From coming out the day I found the issue to working with me and my family through the rebuild and insurance claim I couldnt ask for a more professional and organized business. Tyler and his team of men (special shout out to Max) who dealt with weeks of rebuilding with screaming children and my big dog !!! Dealing with the insurance company was the hardest part of the whole ordeal and Danielle literally held my hand through the process. I wouldnt consider calling anyone else for any future plumbing issues !! I was overwhelmed and full of asbestos and couldnt be more grateful for the services provided. After every day of work the space was cleaned and there was nothing left around for my children to find or break which took stress off my plate as children are children. Thank you TMG and team !!! I can't praise Tyler and TMG enough. I had a plumbing emergency on Sunday, and TMG was the only company that was able to come through, and fix my problem the same day, within a few hours of me calling them for help.
The whole process was easy, and Danielle who took my call explained everything very clearly, and I knew what to expect from a service and cost point of view up front.
There was a lot of good communication provided by TMG. A clear set of paperwork was sent to me to approve the work.
Tyler sent multiple texts stating the time window when they would arrive, and when they were en-route.
The best part of the experience came when Tyler showed up with his helper and immediately got to work fixing my issue. They knew what they were doing, and were in and out quickly. They also made sure all the plumbing was working as expected before they left.
I would HIGHLY recommend TMG for your plumbing emergencies.

Tyler and TMG Plumbing & Disaster Solutions were life savers on multiple occasions. Ive called on them for 2 separate jobs, both after hours and they truly answered the calls without hesitation. One incident dealt with mold and the other plumbing. What I truly loved about both of my experiences with the company is how thorough they were with the inspection, installation, and finish of the job to make sure nothing went unnoticed. In todays world, its extremely hard to find a good local business that has integrity and honesty behind their work. With TMG Plumbing & Disaster Solutions I never have to worry about that again!

Mateo came at 9:30 on a Sunday night! We had a lake in the basement! He did a through job tracing lines, comming up with a plan, and finding the broken pipe. He walked me through every step and explained to me through every step. Stayed until he was satisfied he made the correct and only repair. I wont think twice about calling him again for any plumbing needs! I wish I could give him more stars

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Very reasonable. Thanks to Paul and Caleb for a thorough and pleasant experience fixing a hard-to-access bathtub drain leak in a home built on a slab with no basement. They found a way to remedy the problem working with little access to the point of the problem. I would definitely use this company again.

Got Tyler Gonzales name from a friend. He called me back very fast after I had no call backs from 5 other plumbing companies.
Paul Lynn was the plumber that came out. He was VERY nice. His work was fast and well done. Up graded a sump pump and replaced a stretch of pipe with pinhole leaks. He also pointed out potential problems that should be corrected soon without and pressure. The price seemed about average for the work. No big surprises.
Will definitely use TMG again.

I was looking for a mold remediation service and I interviewed 2 companies before coming across TMG and they were the right choice! Tyler and Paul both guided me and assured me of how they could help and guided me through the process of how and when it would be done! This company was so responsive and answered all my questions( and there were plenty) leading up to the day of the remediation. Tyler came to my home with Paul early in the morning set up the plastic got all the equipment up and going did help with installing a vent fan for the bathroom to help with the mold in the bathroom to be removed and the moisture to escape to help mold stay gone. I am so happy I hired them they are so honest, dependable, friendly and above all else professional. I just started doing renovations on my home, so I asked about my kitchen and they pointed me I. The right direction and cant thank them enough. If I ever have any questions about my home I know I can contact Tyler and Paul and they will be available to help. TMG handled a huge water damage, mold remediation, & rebuild job in Montville, CT for me recently. I cant say enough about how great this company is to work with. Not only were they able to help with the emergency call in the middle of the night but TMG also handled the insurance process for rebuild so we could get the home back to normal ASAP! Having a contractor in this industry that can handle things from start to finish is what sets TMG apart from the rest. They truly are a one stop shop for all things water, fire, and mold! From start to finish! While shopping around for a specialist in this field, it was brought to my attention that most of the local companies could help with the immediate clean up etc but not with the repairs since they arent licensed plumbers. THANK YOU TMG!
