Nick Uccello built our new house in CT. We were downsizing and wanted a plan with a master bedroom and laundry room on the first floor. He helped us find a plan and made great suggestions concerning the size and aesthetics of the rooms. He was always available to meet and answered our calls promptly. The workmanship in the house is exceptional. All of the sub contractors were skilled and professional. Nick does a great job!!

Uccello Developement built our beautuful home. The home was finished within 2 days of the estimated completetion date. The final punch list was very short as onwer Nick Uccello pays attention to detail and corrected what may have been wrong before we ever knew about it.
Uccello builds high quality homes. A lot of that quality can not be seen in the finished product but as the home is being built you will notice the best materialls are used, joinery is very strong, and high-quality mechanicals are used through out.
The finished details inside the house are just perfectly done.
Working with one of Uccello's recommended architects, Jack Kemper, was a pleasure. He brought our ideas to life in a way we never could have on our own. The design was so good that our home won the Connecticut Builders and Remodelers Associations' "Not so Big House" design award in 2014.
