The roofing team was excellent! Very fast and efficient work, kept the yard clean even with a huge mess putting a new roof on can be, everyone from the front office to the men on the roof were extremely professional and friendly! Pawcatuck Roofing Company did a great job for us. They did our roof replacement this year (2025) and came out for 2 smaller jobs in past years. Before deciding to redo our roof we had called them out for some tiny leaks after heavy rains 2 years in a row. These turned out to be easy fixes for them having to do with loose flashing in separate locations on our roof. For both smaller jobs they got back to us in a timely manner and came out to do the fixes quickly which was really appreciated. Our old roof was from 1999 and so we were not surprised when they advised us to replace it based on the condition of our shingles. Since it felt like a big job we got quotes from 3 companies. Pawcatuck Roofing Company gave us the best quote and we already knew their work, so we ended up going with them. We were not disappointed. They showed up as scheduled at 8:30 am with an awesome, considerate team and finished by 5:30 pm. Everything was protected with tarps and broom swept afterwards. We have had plenty of rain since and haven't had any problems. The roof also looks great. We were really happy and would certainly recommend them.

The roofing team was efficient, careful and clean. None of the plantings around the house got damaged, which was the thing we had been worried about most. Fine-meshed netting was extended down from the edge of the roof and pulled taut, like a half-tent protecting the flower beds that doubled up as a slide for the debris.
Todd R. oversaw the project, clearly explained everything and was really responsive and easy to talk to throughout the day.
By 3 p.m. we had a new roof and it looked great.

We had a large roof replacement project completed this week. They had a well organized staging of material and equipment ahead of our start date. The project manager (Todd) and his crew showed up on time on the scheduled date. We had documented our requirements in the bid (important step), reviewed them with the project manager (another important step), who then assured that all the details in the bid were completed. The project was a large complex roof replacement, the crew worked through a bit of rain but finished in 2 days. The clean up was complete. We are very happy with the job they did for us.

My roof was at least 25 yrs old. I freaked out a bit at the prospect of a more active hurricane season predicted for 2024.
Pawcatuck Roof gave me a fast and cost efficient estimate to replace it.

A month ago, I had Pawcatuck Roofing shingle the roof on my mother's garage in Westerly. The price was more than fair, and the job looked great. They've always had a reputation for doing quality work, and when the job was done, you couldn't find a nail on the ground. They left the job cleaner than a hound's tooth. I was very happy with the job, and would highly recommend them for any job.

Pawcatuck roofing replaced my roof in spring 2024. Our old roof was about 25 years old and beginning to let moisture in. I had received multiple quotes on the project, and they can in at a competitive price. Unlike the other companies, there was no pressure to upsell. The work was completed quickly and professionally. Best of all, other than a great new roof, they left no sign that they had been there. The team even used magnets to ensure no stray nails were left in the yard where our children play. We had a very rainy month after the install, and our roof is keeping us nice a dry. Good price, easy to work with, and a quality roof. I highly recommend Pawcatuck Roofing.

I have used Pawcatuck Roofing for two jobs now and both times they have done an outstanding job. The first time was a couple of years ago for a broken tile on our multi-colored slate roof. I was nervous to entrust just anyone with that job because of how delicate the tiles are, but they handled it perfectly. I can’t even tell which one was replaced! This year I bought a house that needed a full roof replacement and a repair made to a tree damaged area, and I knew just who to call. Brent came out and talked to me about the job, I had a quote the next day, and the work was scheduled quickly. The team completed the job in 2 days, and when it was done, the project manager, Sam, called me to go over what was done and see if I had any questions. The roof looks great. Based on their professionalism and experience, you would think their cost would be higher than the competition, but they are extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Pawcatuck Roofing!

Pawcatuck Roofing was everything I wanted in a roofing contractor. Reputation for quality which they delivered on. They have been around a long time and will likely continue to be around if I need them in the future. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, accessible, and prompt (including after the install when I had follow up questions). They stand behind their work and the manufacturer does as well. And I found their price to be very reasonable compared to other quotes I got. If you are in need of any work on your roof, you should definitely give them a call for a quote.

After 50 years it was time to replace the roof on one of our barns, and yes, as we expected, it was overdue. The team immediately responded to what they found, replaced rotted plywood, installed fire and ice waterproofing, new 50 year shingles and two new large farm ventilators. all within 3 days! Truly responsive and professional and all completed within a week from bringing in the dumpster to cleaning up the site.

Recently we had Pawcatuck roofing co. Replace our roof, the scope of the job was very large ! From start to finish, the communication between the crew, Foreman and myself was great, all questions we answered with experience & professionalism. The crew showed up on time every day & worked diligently like a well oiled machine!! The job was finished on time , the cleanup of the property which is surrounded by landscaped gardens was amazing!! I highly recommend Pawcatuck Roofing. The service was exceptional; from Brent coming to look at the job for an estimate, Sam the job manager and the guys that replaced the roof. The roof looks great and the yard was spotlessly cleaned up. Amazingly fast too. I'm so grateful I contacted Pawcatuck Roofing... I almost didn't because I figured they would be out of my price range being such a large company... they gave me the best (and detailed) estimate and I have piece of mind that my roof was done by a true professional roofing contractor.

Pawcatuck Roofing installed a new roof to my home and garage. The experience was excellent and would recommend them to anyone looking to replace or repair their roof. The work was extremely efficient being completed in one day. The supervisor on the Job was very professional and kept us updated on the status through out the day. The workers took great care to move items around the house so they would not be damaged and the clean up was impressive.
