i had accidentally locked myself out of my apartment when taking out the trash. he arrived at my apartment less than 10 minutes after we hung up the phone when none of my building managers would get back to me or answer my calls. opened the door quickly and efficiently. only complaint is that they are a little pricey but they got the job done so no complaints otherwise. thanks

I’m not someone who typically cares to write a review but I’m incredibly amazed with their prompt service!!
Being in such a rush to leave the house last night, I stupidly locked myself out. Of course I didn’t realize this until I got back home at a late hour which was terrible. I scrambled to find a locksmith to help me out and I called quite a few companies to get estimates. Most of them gave me the runaround but Yms was prompt, to the point, no hidden costs! The technician was super friendly and arrived fast!
Thanks so much, guys. I’ll definitely be using your services next time I’m stupid enough to make this mistake again :)

I was locked out of my house in west Hollywood, and as most people would do I started freaking out. I didn't know what to do and the windows of my house are always locked. I called multiple companies, but the price was not reasonable. I called YMS, and they answered immediately they reassured me that someone would be out within 15 min. I can't believe it but they arrived 15 min later. They were courteous, professional and understanding of my situation, and best of all they were very reasonable!! I would recommend YMS to everyone!
