We worked with Ofer and Maya Construction on a full kitchen remodel and we could not be more thrilled with the results. The team at Maya took it down to the studs and built it all the way up again. The guys showed up on time every single day and our project manager Ofer stopped by every single day to check on the progress. Ofer helped us with all our selections, even with things like the faucet and sink to make sure everything worked with the space and what we needed. He bent over backwards to help us and was so responsive the whole way through.

The actual contractors were fantastic. I never felt like there was a lull in the work and it was shocking how quick it felt like it got done while still being high quality work. The guys checked with me on all decisions and we are just so happy with how everything came out. I will only work with Ofer and his team on any further renovation projects. They were that good.

The work that Maya Construction did to replace outdoor stairs was exceptional!! Udi and his team were professional, efficient and completed an amazing job. It took me years to find the right contractor for my home project. This company is beyond excellent!! He has an excellent crew. Always start at 7:00 am and usually go until 6:00 pm. Im very picky and I could not have found a better company.

Maya Construction did a great job on our house addition in Logan Square! Ofer and Udi were consistently professional, honest, and transparent. We used Maya Construction for our cabinet installation after ordering the cabinets from Planet Cabinets, and we're extremely happy with their work. They finished in about two days and did a great job. We had one issue with our paneled fridge, but they helped us get the look we were looking for.

My husband and I hired Maya Construction earlier this year for a full kitchen, entryway and office remodel, and we couldnt be happier with our decision! Udi and Ofer were fantastic to work withthey were organized, communicative, and provided thoughtful guidance throughout the entire process. From the beginning they were open and honest, taking the time to walk through different options and ensure we understood all the unknowns going in. The foreman, Stan, was incredibly knowledgeable and came up with a configuration for our HVAC that eliminated the need for a soffit (which wouldve been the easiest solution but one I really didnt want!). Another crew member, Wesleys, installation of marble checkerboard tile in our foyer is flawless. The finished rooms are beautiful and the work exceeds our expectations!

Working with Maya construction was such a great experience. They had a vision of what could be done with the space and the ability to make it happen. Being able to model the Kitchen, select cabinets, and see what it would look like before the project was started was a great tool. Project was done earlier than expected and couldn't be happier!

Excellent work by all of their teams. The total tear-out of the kitchen to the studs & floor joists was completed in a couple days and the installation of new walls, ceiling, floor, electrical, plumbing, flooring, cabinets and appliances was completed with few delays (delays mostly because I was intermittently out of the country for a few weeks). When numerous custom alterations to various aspects of the installation were requested, they made the modifications and re-installations quickly and without undue discussion; "we're installing your kitchen design, not ours!" was their response to every alteration. These guys are good and I would use them again if I had another kitchen to renovate!

We had an amazing experience working with Ofer and his dedicated team on our kitchen remodel and loft kitchen. From start to finish it was an extremely pleasant and stress free experience. Ofer designed both kitchen spaces and offered design ideas that we would have never even thought of. His experience and design expertise really payed off when we ran into some unexpected issues as every project does. Communication was excellent and the final product was beyond our expectations and came in at the very reasonable budgeted amount. Maya Construction did an amazing job with our master bathroom remodel. They were on time, on budget, efficient, professional, and attentive. Our master bathroom now feels like a spa and it looks fantastic. They also helped to move our washer and dryer upstairs from the basement.

Maya Construction absolutely saved the day and if we did this project all over again we would not hesitate to select Maya Construction to take on our hardwood flooring project from the get-go.

Our condo is located on the first floor of a 100-year-old three floor building in Chicago. In March 2021, we reached out to several flooring companies to have them view our home improvement project and decided to go with Luna Flooring and was that a huge mistake.

The Luna salesperson was different from the people who came out to install the hardwood and they were different from the person that we dealt with when it came to customer service problems. Luna started the project one morning tearing out a 20 ft by 4 ft stretch of hardwood of our before packing up after an hour and saying they couldnt complete the project and someone from Luna would call us. We waited around for 8 hours for a call from Luna just to tell us there was nothing they could do and we needed to acquire a general contractor to finish the job. It took a week to get our refund from Luna and several back-and-forth phone calls with an Installation Manager who never stepped foot in our home.

This is when we called Maya Construction and literally the next day Udi came on site to view the problem and provided a quote for the project. Udi was always responsive, took time to answer questions and compared to Luna, Maya Construction was without a doubt a superior experience.

Maya Construction demod the old wood, installed a completely new subfloor and floating engineered hardwood floor in just 5 days. The workers showed up on-time, were professional, made an effort to clean up after themselves because we were still living in the unit while work was taking place. They quickly problem solved some unforeseen issues and made what was initially a painful experience such a sigh of relief knowing our home was in good hands. We had the CREAKIEST floors ever and now they are silent. We are in disbelief that Maya Construction delivered such quality professional work in such a short time period. You just dont see that anymore.

If we ever do any future major home improvement projects in Chicago, Im not making the mistake of going down the rabbit hole of a corporate organization. Maya Construction will be the first place we call.

After our basement flooded in May we reached out to over a dozen local contractors trying to get estimates. Maya Construction was the first to respond and after weeks of helping us fight with our insurance company we finally signed a contract and started work in July.

After roughly 3 weeks of work my wife and I couldn't be happier with the results. Not only did we get all the repairs needed to get things back to normal, but we also had several upgrades as well.

Throughout the entire rehab everyone who came in our home was polite and courteous and the quality of work is second to none. The project was completed on time and on budget, even with additional small requests we made along the way.
