Easy to schedule, Seth the technician was prompt, professional and explained things in detail, great service, 4 stars because I thought they were a bit pricey, I did get a maintenance contract for my unit, overall I recommend ! I see by my 4 star positive review that I didn't get a response from the owner, but only the 5 star reviews warrant a thanks, it's fine I'm a 100 percent disabled veteran and a senior citizen and I still think it was a little pricey but otherwise my review was positive !

Oh my goodness! Lorenzo pulled in the drive right on time and preformed the advanced diagnostics on our system. It turns out we didn't need huge repairs. Coastal could have charged us for repairs we thought were coming, but they didn't. Completely transparent and honest. We are so pleased with all our transactions with Coastal that we signed up for the maintenance program. Feel confident about going with Coastal Carolina Comfort. We're sticking with them!

Mike was amazing. We had no heat in the house and it was freezing. He was here within 3 hours of the phone call. He tracked the problem and began to work on the problem. By the time he left we had a whole plan worked out for the total repair. He was great, took the time to explain everything and the correct fix.

Highly recommend Coastal Carolina Comfort. Seth and his team were terrific! They installed a Daikin Fit after our Lennox died only 8 years out (apparently undersized by the builder Lennar) SMH what happened to A/C units that lasted 20 years? What happened to builders that cared about quality work? In any case, Daikin is highly rated and comes with a 12 year parts warranty. Coastal ran a special and for an additional discounted charge, included a 12 year labor warranty! Also included one year maintenance warranty contract at no cost. (2 visits per year). Seth was professional, kind, courteous and very knowledgeable. Please give him a raise. He worked his tail off!

Love coastal Carolina!! They monitor your system and keep you posted! I love that! They texted me around 7:30pm that they received an alert and wanted to make sure our system was ok. I was worried I was getting to the time of year where it will take forever to get someone out here. From the time I approved the estimate to the time the work was completed was less than two weeks, and it would have been less than a week but I had to ask them to come later. Everyone was great to work with. I was told I may have some drywall to repair, but they even made sure any holes were covered. Excellent work, I will definitely use Coastal Carolina Comfort again!
