Urgent Garage Doors

Mike (technician) came in very quickly to my place looked at the issue of my garage door. The spring was broken and he replaced quickly within less than an hour. He explained everything regarding the door mechanism and all of the door parts that can possibly stop the door operation.
He did an excellent job and quick worked. He is friendly person that can easy explain and answer any question related to the door.
I would highly recommend to have the Urgent Garage Doors especially with Mike for fixing any garage door issues.

Mike did an amazing job fixing my garage door! He arrived promptly and communicated when he was going to come. 10/10 highly recommend him to come fix / replace your door. Absolutely excellent service. My spring died Sunday pm with no warning. Urgent picked up the phone snd sent Danny to look at it within 30 min. Danny was one of the nicest, most patient repair persons Ive ever met. He was transparent and educated me a lot during the repair. I'd use them again in a heartbeat even if it were not an emergency.

Sunday 9am i realized my garage door was not working (with car inside and day full of kids' chores). Spring was broken.
By 11:30AM the garage door was working again. New springs plus chain oiled. The price was great... they didnt try to take advantage of the situation. I really appreciate the service and will highly recommend to anyone i know.

Technician Mike called me 20 minutes before and arrived on time. He diagnosed and explained the problem and what are the different options I can choose from and he asked me to decide giving best value for money and longer life.

Install was a couple years ago. The door openers work wellabsolutely no issues. Had some work done in my garage that seemed to cause one of the doors to not function. Called Ilya. He picked up right away, listened to the symptoms and knew exactly what to have me try. It worked! He offered to come as well. 100% recommend using Ilya.

Quick and friendly service from the receptionist to the technician Mike. The receptionist was very nice and polite. She was able to arrange a technician to come to our home within a hour of calling. Mike called 20 minutes before he arrived as promised. Mike was so professional, very kind, trustworthy and efficient. He explained our garage system was from 2012 and he was happy to either salvage it or update it with a new system. We didnt feel any pressure or get a sales vibe from him. We trusted what he recommended. Mike was also detail-oriented and was so kind to help straighten out and reinforce a metal bar on our garage door that had a dent even before we decided to move forward with the project. He recommended spraying our springs with WD40 once a month because our garage door is made of wood and very heavy. Overall we had an excellent experience!
