Excellent experience! The appointment was very easy to schedule, they were on time, and they fixed my issue quickly. I would not hesitate to use them again. My Plumber was Andrew Bridges. Im sorry I cant remember the name of his equally nice partner. Not only did Andrew quickly fix my initial issue, but he identified a problem with the initial install of my water heater and he was able to fix it before it became an even bigger & more expensive problem. I highly recommend!!

Taylor, Eric and Parker were great. They explained everything and gave me the news! Very straight forward and honest about the situation. They also worked very hard to get things done! Stayed until 8:30 pm one night and then came back on a Saturday to clean up. I had a sewer line replacement. I recommend them!

Plumb N Plumber is the best plumbing company in North Atlanta. Andrew was extremely professional when following up on a tankless water heater installation. The water heater wasnt getting the water hot as quickly as we wanted due to the learning mode it goes into when its first installed. They explained it would do that when they installed it, however, they still came out and bypassed the learning feature for us.
When they came in the home, they wore shoe covers anytime they were in our home, announced themselves before they entered in any room or bathroom, and were 100% respectful while they were in the home.

From the first call with Jennifer, I was comfortable with this company. Jennifer promptly found Andrew and Philip to come over same evening for a gas leak by the washer/dryer because I could not reach the shutoff. I cannot say enough how great these two were. They were polite, personable and truly went above and beyond. They thoroughly inspected the crawlspace below and found another shutoff valve, pointed out some other legitimate plumbing issues and also inspected the 1992 water heater where they found there was a bucket behind it that was overflowing to the outside. We had no idea it was there. I could go on but to shorten it up, they worked up a fair estimate and did not up-sell. To my surprise, they did all of the work (new water heater included)last night, working until 10pm! They never complained and stayed cheery all throughout. They truly cared as if it was their home and family. I am appreciative of all 3 of them and would highly recommend this company.

We called Plumb N Plumber to look at repairing a pipe leaking in my basement ceiling. The two plumbers that arrived were professional and friendly. They evaluated the leak and also checked my homes water pressure. They quickly identified the leak and also made a recommendation to change out a failing pressure regulator. They provided a quote on the spot. They were able to do the repairs right away and cleaned up after the work was completed. We would definitely use Plumb N Plumber again for future plumbing needs.

Five stars all the way! Good company with really good people. First off, this review is long overdue. We had a leak late last year and Andrew was able to come out and get us fixed up super quick with good pricing. We had another leak this year (different bathroom) and called Plumb N Plumber again. Andrew, yet again, came to our rescue. At one point I (embarassingly) started getting upset and assuming blame for something I didn't know about. Andrew was just very kind and reassuring while remaining a true professional. Really made me feel so much more at ease. He also shares plenty of info and explains things in layman's terms. Also, Michelle in the office is so helpful and sweet to talk to. Plumb N Plumber is a fantastic company. If you ever need their services, you'll be in great hands!

Plumb and Plumber were great I heard a noise in my plumbing and they were able to come out the same day as I was only available that day. The plumber Andrew had a great attitude looked over everything answered all questions and worked up a quote. Also Michelle in the office called me to let me know Andrew was running a few minutes behind thats great service.

I would like to express my appreciation for the professional and courteous service provided by JT. He demonstrated a thorough approach in diagnosing a serious issue and offered a cost-effective solution. I had a pin hole leak in a copper pipe. I decided not to use Angie's list after having a bad experience last time. I called these guys since I drive by their E.Cherokee location and remembered their name, since it's creative.
Ben came out, super nice, and fixed the leak. It's nice to have company that knows how to do their job. At least, in this instance... I will say, he did try to up-sale me on a new hot water heater, since mine is almost 10 yrs old, but I declined. I don't blame him though, but I'll wait until I actually need one. I guess the question is, would I hire them again? Yes, but hopefully I won't need to.
