One week after an excellent installation, we had an accident that bent emergency handle. The person I spoke with from their office arranged for someone to fixed the problem the day I called. Kasey was able to fix the problem quickly and again checked that everything was back to new. I also appreciated the text letting us know his eta!

Process to schedule appointment was quite easy online. My appointment was very quickly confirmed. I was notified when they were on their way and sent a picture of the person who would be coming to do the repairs. He reviewed what I wanted done before he started and then did a full evaluation of my garage doors. He then presented his recommendations to fix the problems mentioned and also make some improvements. He gave upfront pricing for each service, answered my questions , and did not pressure me into anything. After job was done, he showed me what he did and made sure I was satisfied with the results. He then communicated their warranty on his work and the parts installed and provided the information to me for future reference. Price charged was price quoted. A good experience with Rich and would definitely recommend him and A-Plus to others.

I called A+ last night because the spring on my garage door opener broke and they told me they would send somebody out the next morning. The next morning at 7:45 AM Kasey Hawks was calling to let me know that he was on his way. When he got here, he was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He replaced both springs in no time at all and had my garage door opening better than it ever has before.

A Plus came the very next day after my garage spring broke. They sent Kasey who was very friendly & professional. He was prompt & communicated very well. Im giving a 5 star because of Kasey. The only reserve I have is the cost to replace the spring was $438 which seemed high, I will definitely get more bids in the future.

Super great Experience. Ari was very informative and explained everything well. Found out my garage was poorly installed from the start which started to create the issues. Door would not shut correctly and cables would come off track. Ari was able to diagnose and fix the problem very quickly. Door shuts properly now and is finally realigned fixing the install issue. A+ service. Would recommend for anyone with any garage door issues.

My garage door broke last week and I gave these guys a call. The next morning I had Kasey and Tyrell come to fix it. They fixed the springs and the bar that they were on. They also changed out the rollers. And now my garage door opens up so nicely and its a little quieter, too! I highly recommend them!
