From the promptness on the phone, too the hand shake and hug at the end of the project......one of the best service experiences ever! Michael was not only professional, but extremely kind and helpful. His communication skills made us not only understand the issue, but he was able to put us at ease knowing that he wasn't going to leave us until the issue was resolved. They came right away. I think they checked it out one day, COULD have fixed it right away, but since it wasnt an emergency they helped me pick a good plan of attack that we could afford and fix all 4 of our plumbing problems we were having. They ended up coming the following day to make the repairs. They were on time, courteous, professional, reasonably priced and got everything done in one long day.
Great experience. Ill definitely call again with any plumbing needs we have. Thank you!!

Slow draining sink due to old basement pipes clogged. This turned out to be far more complicated than I thought BUT Luke and Remy came through. They worked hard and completed it in one day. First they answered my phone call, not a recording. Mike arrived at 9:30. Quick response! Was very professional and really checked the problem out for the best way to fix my pipe. He did a great job. First off, I want to commend Revelation on hiring knowledgeable people that care about their work and the people they are serving. We had an emergency issue with our hot water system that our technician Mike M. was able to diagnose in a matter of minutes. He took the time to explain the proposed solution in detail to me (I had several questions) with a couple different ways to approach it and provided his personal recommendation to ensure we didnt run into problems in the future. He was great to work with and did a fantastic job with the repair. Not only did it solve our problem, we now have what seems like a 25-50% increase in our water pressure which was unexpected!
I cant recommend Revelation enough. They were quick to address my call (within 24 hrs) and the work was done with care and in a cost effective manner. Thank you!

Revelation Plumbing did an amazing job! I had a terrible leak coming into my kitchen ceiling from a roof installation. I was emptying buckets of water every couple of hours. The plumbers came and fixed it within 2 hours and now I can sleep again. They were very courteous, knowledgeable and experienced. I would recommend them to everyone!

Mike was polite and professional and explained in detail what he thought needed to be done. The cost to do the work was not far off from what I had estimated as being reasonable (to me) but I anticipated it being more than my guess-timate, so the final cost was a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, we weren't able to get the work done because my water main shutoff got buried when my street was repaved. Mike explained what I needed to do to get the local water authority to fix that problem so we could proceed on another day. I was pleased (again) to hear that the price wouldn't change despite a second service call being necessary. All in all, it was a pleasant experience.

I was recommended Revelation for a whole house replumb and they did a very good job. They did a full PEX A refit and no leaks since they installed.
They did the work very quickly and even came for the quote on a weekend.
They made minimal, clean cuts in the dry wall. They also fixed a few issues from the original installation. I had lots of questions and they were able to answer everything and seemed very knowledgeable.

I had sewage coming up in my garage and I called revelation plumbing to snake the drain. They came out the same day and got the drain unclogged. They also had a camera and they showed us the condition of our sewer line. It appears roots have been getting into our building drain and sewer line. They
were able to replace the old pipes with new pvc pipes and we havent had an issue since. They let us know the cost upfront with and there were no surprises. This is the best plumbing company in Pittsburgh hands down.

I called Revelation Plumbing to replace a leaking drain in my kitchen sink. Since this work was not needed to be performed immediately, an appointment was set up for the next. I was informed by text when the plumber was on the way. When Mike arrived he inspected the drain and informed me the plumbing was not up to the current code. Next he provided me costs for repairing the plumbing as is and also for bringing it up to code. I decided to have it brought up to code. He then upgraded my plumbing and the drain is working as good as new now. I would used Revelation again in the future and would recommended them for someone looking for a plumber.

Mike from Revelation was great. We had easy coordination getting our appointment setup for an estimate, and had the work done the same day. We had some really old cast iron drain pipe that had failed in our 120+ year old house, and was causing a leak inside our kitchen ceiling. Mike had assessed the issue, given us an estimate and completed the job within 6 hours.

A little late, but the folks at Revelation are top notch. They went above and beyond with helping me with my sewer line issues a few weeks ago and dealing with the citys difficult permitting processes. They are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
