We had a great experience with Good Life Construction. They gave us a fair price quote, did quality work and even completed the project a day early. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again for any future projects.

two weeks ago I had security doors installed on my mobile home. The construction process was excellent. They did both of them in one day. Im very pleased with the work and the crew was professional and very conscientious of my home and my needs. It was a great work experience I highly recommend Good life construction for your Mobile Home needs.

We looked at several companies to find one that would be able to fill in an open area with concrete, re-tile it, and install a couple of handrails on some steps in our patio (we changed our sliding door and the previous French doors had sidelights that blocked the open area). Slavic was the first to return my message and immediately set up an appointment to give us an estimate. We ended up choosing Good Life because they had the best bid and the best communication. The team completed the job over a few days (concrete and grout needing to cure on separate days) and did excellent work. They arrived on time and always left the work area clean. They were very careful with what they were doing but also efficient, so the final result was not only completed quickly, but it looked great. The first photo is what it looked like before and the second is the new step and the new railings. We are so pleased with Good Life that we intend to work with them on our next project. Definitely deserving of 5 stars!

Good Life did a great job on my mom's front porch. She needed to add a half step and handrail for accessibility without ruining the look of her 1920's era bungalow. The crew was on time, detail oriented, and extremely professional. We're thrilled with the outcome.

We had an amazing experience with GoodLife Construction. It is a one-stop shop: engineering, permitting, and construction. We worked closely with the engineer, the office, crew, and construction managers. We actually added a bathroom remodel and other jobs to our initial contract seeing the quality of work. Both Roman and Valentyn were amazing construction managers. Great communication and promptly responded to any inquiries. GoodLife Construction certainly took care of us!

We had some pretty bad structural problems with the 2nd story of our house that was added to the existing 1st floor in 1978. The unattached chimney, unsafe balcony, and badly sloping floor were all part of the package. We chose Good Life based on the fact that they had an integrated design and engineering team and we were expecting problems. Boy did we have them. The 2nd story structure was totally weird, and that required new post and beam construction, the renovation of a lot of dry rot, and re-stucco of walls, even in places we didn't originally expect. Besides the major stuff, the Good Life project manager was responsive to any minor items we inquired about, addressed mid-project change requests quickly, ensured excellent workmanship, handled all of the permits quickly (even with all the changes) and we ended up with a first class renovation. We even added a bathroom remodel and a kitchen re-tile because the original scope was done so well. I highly recommend working with this group.

We had a leak on the south side of the house that receives the wind driven rain. The two story stucco wall has a patio cover attached to it. I received bids from 3 contractors and Good Life Construction was the lowest. Common wisdom seems to be to go with the middle bid in these situations. However, the reviews on Good Life were good. Also, I listened to the nearly 1 hour interview with two of the founders on Facebook. I liked what they said about their people and the principles they live and work by. The company motto is BE BLESSED BE SAFE BE PRODUCTIVE. I liked the sound of that so I took a chance on Good Life to do the job.
My contacts were Slavic and Valentino. Slavic came out and evaluated what was needed to fix the leak and produced the quote. And Valentino (Val) managed the job. Two change orders were required to fix the additional structural issues that were discovered as the job progressed. All along I was kept in the loop as to what was being done, completed and the next steps. The workmen were courteous and competent. As well as stucco repair we had 4 windows replaced on that wall. I am very happy with the results. Of course, the proof that the job was done correctly will be in the next heavy wind driven rainstorm we have. If we have no leaks, then it was a good job. I feel Good Life Construction was the correct choice.

First time working with Good Life Construction. They did a Full Frame replacement of four windows. From the start it went very well with Roman coming out for an estimate. I was concerned that because this was a multifamily and not my residence that the quality of the whole project might be "just ok" but as soon as the project began my concerns were alleviated. Valentyn was project manager and he did an excellent job on communication and the entire project. Workers were polite and showed up on time. From covering up my flooring with planks and drop clothes to not positioning the ladders on my gutters but rather on solid stucco and then cleaning up everyday after themselves they displayed great care in all that they did. Some minor dry rot issues were handled without question, they matched the Stucco perfectly (very important to me), and they even painted the entire wall after the install. From start to finish exactly what I wanted. Thanks again to Valentyn and the installers and Roman as well. I will be calling back soon for some new windows at my own residence.

Good Life Construction did a repair project for us as a result of a redwood tree falling & damaging our house (roof, interior kitchen ceiling & wall) & fence. They finished the project in less time than projected, used top quality materials to replace our damaged fence; replace damaged roof tiles, underlayment, & plywood; & replaced damaged dry wall, texture & paint to match existing interior room conditions. They were accepting & responsive to our change order requests, & finished all requested work within budget. What we appreciated most was not only their excellent craftsmanship, but also their communication & commitment to being onsite when promised.

I used Good Lifes services to repair a wall and remove/replace flooring after a water leak. I was very pleased with their work. The estimate was done quickly, and once work started Paul kept me updated and responded quickly to any questions I had. The work was good quality and the crew was very respectful. When I was unhappy with one minor detail, the crew came back the next morning to fix it. These guys did good work for a fair price; definitely recommend.

Great contractor. They did exactly what they said from start to finish. Romans and crew of george and Dimitri were great, hard working, organized and professional through the whole job. Good Life is always my go to when referring my clients for construction projects or repairs, so it was a no brainer when it came time to replace our old deck at our own house. Roman from Good Life was very helpful throughout the entire process from the initial meeting to the finishing touches. Roman listened to both my husbands and my own opinions on the design of our new deck and was able to help us re-design the outdoor space of our dreams. Roman and Good Life Construction were amazing to work with! Roman was very communicative/informative and his team worked around the clock to get my leaking roof fixed in just a few days. They also repaired our water damaged drywall and ceiling flawlessly. They have been by far the best contractors I have worked with and I will definitely be using them for future projects!

My initial experience with GoodLife was so good that I called them for 4 additional jobs. Job 1 was converting a very large walk-in closet into a laundry room. There was no water or power, so this conversion required also digging up the concrete of the adjoining bathroom. Project Lead - Pavel - was great to work with, very communicative and patiently answered my many questions. The work was done efficiently and quickly in a few weeks. They also installed new tile in the bathroom. Post that I asked them replace siding on my home (2x), then install a new range hood. The latter required matching an existing kitchen tile pattern that was complex. The crew diligently made numerous tiny cuts in the purchased replacement tile to make it look seamless. From their carpenters to electricians to general handyman their team is excellent. If you are considering hiring them do it. FYI...most of their crew speaks Russian or Ukrainian so get your Google translator ready. It wasn't too much of a barrier for me. We found many ways to communicate.

Several companies turned down the job due to the left side of my roof is higher than the right. No company could design a patio cover until Good Life Construction!
Now I can enjoy my patio year round protected from the rain! Dimitriy also installed a fan and offered to restring my lights at no cost to me! Exceeding my expectations by going out and purchasing an extension cord again~ at no cost to me. When I offered to pay for the cord, he refused to take it! What company does that? Good Life Construction does! Dimitriy is an incredible asset to your company! Any future construction or electrical needs~ Good Life Construction will be my only phone call!
