Sid Sarin did an excellent job fixing the damage we sustained from basement flooding. He is organized and very methodical and very good at communicating through the whole process. I can't thank him enough for all of his help. He deserves a promotion.

I am so thoroughly pleased with my experience with this company. We came home one evening and it was raining in the living room due to a problem with our toilet line, which is nothing anyone wants to see! Paul and his mitigation team responded promptly and were extremely professional and courteous in drying out our space. The rebuild manager, Sid, explained the rehab process every step of the way, managed negotiations with our insurance company, acted as liaison with the workers onsite, and was genuinely helpful, empathetic, and supportive at every turn. The quality of the workmanship is absolutely A+. So grateful to have had these folks at our side during this restoration process. Highly recommend.

I had some serious water damage in my house and was in desperate need of help. Today Bryan and Will showed up dryers, air scrubber, and sensors to monitor the wetness. They called ahead of time to give me a heads up. They explained what they were going to do and when they were done they showed me what they did. They explained the next steps to me. Had some water damage overnight from a leaking pipe on my 2nd story bathroom at my home. Called 1800- Water and Paul was out within hours. Very informative with everything. Then hours later Brian, Dan, and Joe came out to start the process for remediation. Very impressed so far with these guys!

It was a pleasure dealing with Sid Sarin & his team. From Paul & team with the restoration to Fabricio & team with the remodeling, it has been professional all the way through. Sid was very communicative throughout the entire process. This was a major water/sewage event that affected the main floor of my home right at Christmas. Even while we were out of state, 1-800 Water Damage of Newtown kept me up to date with all of the steps we were going through. I was able to text Sid on his personal cell phone over the weekends & he responded right away! Despite all of the issues that could delay this restoration process, Sid was able to keep this process moving very quickly & transparently. The drain pipe under the kitchen sink failed and water found its way to the basement causing the ceiling to sag.
Paul came out and assessed the situation and we used their rebuild company to replace the ceiling and repair the kitchen cabinet . Sid Sarin from the rebuild company was an absolute pleasure to work with .
He knows what is necessary to present to insurance companies for reimbursement, is excellent with communication , prompt and a genuine nice guy.

1-800 Water Damage honestly saved my mothers house and took excellent care of us. The remediation team which I believe was Jeff and his team they made sure to clear the issue she had and kept the house protected. We had some unfortunate events happen and Ashley and Sid literally did everything to get me and my mom help as to make sure she did not freeze. Ashley is the kindest person Ive ever spoken to she was caring and understanding and just worked so hard to find us the help we needed. Sid also was so kind and helpful he went above and beyond as well.They had someone at my moms house within days. Im sure given the holiday season it was not easy to do, but he had Fabricio (also the nicest man Ive met) and his crew come out and they did an outstanding job on the renovations. The rebuild seriously was so fast and again went above and beyond to make her living room look the same (better) than before. Everyone went above and beyond in every way possible. Had a plumbing leak that caused damage to multiple rooms in our house. Everyone from 1-800 Water Damage has been great to work with they very thoroughly removed the moisture from the damaged rooms and communicated with us clearly about each step of the process. Darren and Dan, who set up the fans/dehumidifiers for us, did a great job demoing the damaged areas they cut the drywall neatly so it will be easier to replace, cleaned up after themselves, and treated our home with a lot of respect and care. Would absolutely recommend this service in the unfortunate event that you ever end up with water damage.

After a recent home renovation we had water damage due to a punctured heating pipe. Needless to say this was especially frustrating since our home was newly painted etc. When we contacted 1-800 Water Damage of Newtown the phone was answered promptly and a representative came to our home immediately and answered all of our concerns/questions. Paul Josiah Dan and their entire team made a horrible situation so much better!
We had a flood on the morning of July 4 and they responded within an hour. It was so stressful and overwhelming to witness my basement fill with water, but as soon as they arrived I felt like everything was going to be okay.
For an entire week they came and took care of everything, including dealing with my insurance company. The team was patient and professional and clearly knew what they were doing. My basement is now completely dry and Im confident will not grow mold.

Wish I could give more stars. After hurricane Ian Jeff and team made the long trip to SW Florida to help local residents.
