I had a tree top fall through my roof. I contacted 1-800 water damage and thru showed up in an hour and got right to work! They acted in a professional all manner and got my issues mitigated very quickly. I'd recommend them to anyone!

Although what started our interactions with this company and Josh were not fun (burst water pipe the 1st time and flooding from a storm the 2nd time), we've had nothing but a great experience working with Josh and his crew. One of their competitors who we contracted to do the rebuild (because 1-800 Water Damage wasn't doing rebuilding in our area) stated they've not seen such a professional job done with mitigation and rip-out as we had. Absolutely recommend them and absolutely will use them again (but hopefully won't have reason to).

I cannot recommend them enough. They were so professional and did a great job of sealing off the area they were fixing and cleaning up after themselves wiping everything down they did great. There were two guys that were here. Ones name was Austin and I wish I would have gotten the others name. Awesome job guys. Even worked around my kids being home from snow days

In July we found water damage in our bathroom and kitchen. We had Jordan come out and he brought fans and humidifiers and completed the demo. Parker came out and completed the rebuild including installing our herringbone floor. Everyone was respectful and professional.

Our apartment complex recently experienced a major flood from the foundation. It happened on a Friday afternoon, our tenant was is total panic, I'm a new property manager, I wasn't really sure what to do, so I called 1-800-water damage and Jardan was excellent to work with. He and a crew were on site in a matter of a couple hours to begin clean up. They worked through the weekend and into Monday to take care of us.

They found mold and immediately called me to figure out a plan. I couldn't have asked for better communication or ease in handling this situation. I hope to not need restoration services again but if we do, I know I can count on 1-800- water damage!
