I had an excellent experience working with Chris and the team at Nancys Plumbing. They are always professional, thorough, and incredibly helpful. This is the second time Ive used Nancys Plumbings services for something plumbing-related, and the level of care and attention to detail is never less than stellar. We had a leak in the wall of our garage. Nancys plumbing came out right away and did all the work the next day. Chris was our tech. He was really kind and explained everything to us. He also talked us through all of our options before we decided on what to do. He cleaned up everything and left the area all put back together. They also have a great text service keeping you up to date with arrivals and work completed. Invoice and payment also. I highly recommend this local service!

I am very pleased with the bathroom faucet replacement done by Nancys Plumbing. I had a faucet that was dripping in the basin. It was a faucet from the original build in 1991 and needed to be replaced. Their customer service was excellent from the beginning, speaking directly with Nancy to scheduling an appt., then working with the tech Ricardo (Ricky) who is very polite and knowledgeable, to the finish of the job. The response time, scheduling, free estimate and completion all done within the same day. Thank you! I will use Nancys Plumbing again!

I highly recommend calling Nancy's Plumbing in Antioch if you need a plumber's help. An old outside spigot on my patio began leaking water at a fast rate, and I wasn't able to turn it off. Nancy's sent their young man Riccardo out within a half hour of my call. He provided excellent customer service and care. He was able to drive to Lowes right away and purchase a new modern spigot, and install it. I was so relieved to have the repair done so I wouldn't worry all night about the huge volume of water that was being wasted!

I cant speak much to the value because Ive only used Nancys but they are always responsive, on time, professional, and do excellent work. Marlin was fantastic when he came out the first time. Christian was attentive, listening to the problems we were having and quickly fixed the problem with minimal interruption to our water use. I will call them again the next time an issue arises.

While fiddling with the water main, I managed to mess up the water for the whole house. Chris was able to come out within the hour. He replaced the ball valve, shower head (what started this mess) and the bathroom faucet. Water was restored!
Chris was nice and very professional. He kept me informed along the way. And cleaned up very well when he was through.
I've already gotten an estimate for additional work! Definitely will use Nancy's again.

Last week I had Nacy's plumbing come by and repair 2 outdoor hose bibbs (faucets) and they did a great job. Not only was it quality work, but it was also great service all around. They provided me with a detailed estimate based on the variation of complexities that could come up once the work started. In the end, the job was simple and they were done in 15 minutes.
I'm very satisfied with the end result! I will definitely use them for future needs!

Last Friday evening we noticed our water pressure was low and saw that our front yard was flooding. Saturday morning we called several places, Nancy was the only one that picked up. Scheduled an appt for Sunday Even though theyre usually closed.
Marlon and his team came out that same Saturday afternoon started the work. Found out our main water line was cracked and replaced the PVC pipes with copper. Finished the work on Sunday. Nancy and Marlon were excellent!
They saved our Xmas. Will always recommend Nancy her team to anyone in the future. Thank you!

Our water heater died early in the morning and I contacted Nancys Plumbing after searching for a local plumber. I was able to see the pricing on their website and was quoted the same and they were able to replace the water heater by mid day. The on-site person (Chris) was very professional and answered a multitude of questions I had while continuing to work on replacing the water heater. I will definitely use this business again when changing out my toilets in the next few months and any other work that arises.
