The two person crew contacted me and arrived 30 minutes before the originally scheduled time which was perfect from my standpoint. They were polite, got to work instantly, any everything they did was thorough and tested. Within 5 minutes of filling out a form he called. Within 30 minutes of that he was at my house. Kid asleep above the garage, never got woken up. All said, within an hour and 15 minutes of contacting Mike, my garage door was fixed. Way cheaper than what google predicted it would cost as well. Call Mike, support local businesses.

Mike was friendly, prompt, courteous and recommended a repair to our garage door which he was able to do the same day. The costs were reasonable and he did not try to upsell me into a new door. If I need another repair or when we are at the point of needing a new garage door I will call them again.
