Travis came out and I explained the problem to him. He immediately took the time to investigate potential causes for the issue. When the time came to look a little deeper for a solution, he experimented to find a way to fix our problem that other plumbers we hired werent able to think of. Nathan responded very quickly to repair the services that needed to be done say my residence. Nathan was very friendly and had great customer service. When Nathan arrived, I explained to him what the problem was and he immediately took action and got the job done. Nathan works very quickly and did a great job cleaning behind himself.

Technician Travis was at my door within 15 mins and he quickly found the problem. He was able to snake the sewer line under the house and clear the small roots and clog in short order. I can not say enough good things about this company. Our kitchen sink clogged for no apparent reason the day before a house full of company was due to come in. we called a company we had previously used and they gave us an appointment for a week out. that was not going to work. I went on my trusty Facebook page and asked for referrals .Everyone said Rooterman and Nelson Huggins were great so my husband left a message at 9 pm on a Sunday night and they were there before 10 am the next day. They were amazing. had the problem fixed in under an hour and for less than what we expected to pay. Nathan was our tech and he was so pleasant. I will never use another plumbing company

Rooter Man is where it's at if you want quick and professional service at very reasonable rates. Travis was actually able to rearrange his schedule to come by earlier than the reserved appointment, which helped me out. He was very quick and the install was perfect. He offered to haul off the old toliet, which was great. I eill definitely be calling them again!

Alex was a great technician. Had a clogged drain on Saturday morning, he was at my house in 20 minutes and fix the problem in less than an hour. He was friendly professional and turned what I thought to be a disaster of A-day into a rather pleasant experience. I will be using router man for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Alex was awesome. Needed a sewage line auger on a Sunday; he reached out within 10 minutes and was on site in less than an hour. He allowed me to be involved with the fix, from explaining what we were looking at in the camera, to providing advice on next steps. Couldn't have been more knowledgeable or friendly.

Rooter Man has been awesome in time of emergency. They are quick to answer the phones and get you on the schedule. Very polite and knowledgeable. We have had them to our house twice in past 6 weeks due to damages caused by another company. Rob arrived within 30 minutes. asked what the problem was. Explained his charges up front. Told me what I needed to do. He was very professional and polite. Very very knowledgeable in his job. Rob was a straight forward and upright young man. He made sure I was satisfied with his work. I will probably use their service again and hope when I call Rob shows up.

From my first call to the office I was treated so professionally! Kim made sure I had an appointment right away, which is important when you can't flush your toilet!!! Travis took care of my issue in no time and the charge was super reasonable. When he was snaking out my lines he called me over to see that the old cast iron sewer pipe in the house I just purchased was narrowed and needed to be replaced. He never pressured me, he simply presented the facts and video which was enough.
They finished replacing the line today and once again great work, fast and reasonable!! I hope I never need them again but if I do I am confident the job will be done right!!
