My wife Connie and I, Chuck, can't say enough good things about Infinity Heating and Air. Our 32 year old furnace died on us. We googled local contractors and called a few. When Heather answered we knew we were on the right track. She took our data and very quickly we got a free home assessment from Ken and Bashar. They listened to our specific problem with no pressure for anything else. The word honest comes to mind. We set up a timely install date. Team members Jacob and R J were right on time and everything went smoothly. Ken and Bashar returned as work was wrapping up. They double checked all. Any questions or concerns we had were readily addressed. We also got help with arranging very satisfactory financial assistance. Would highly recommend Infinity. Staff and work are excellent.

We've had multiply companies come out and all guess what the problem is and replace parts. Still didn't fix the issue.
Ken at Infinity came right out when I called him and within 5min knew exactly what the problem was. Did his work and 10min later we had icy cold air coming out of our vents again.

If I could rate higher than five star, I would these people were excellent They showed up at the time they promised they paid great attention to every single detail They had to make adjustments and did so successfully and addressed all my concerns. They went out of their way to help me with a problem with my filters and afterwards I received a thank you gift I highly recommend this organization and will make sure all my friends know about them And I have to add the overall cost was lower than what I expected. We used this company to install a new furnace/ac unit due to an improper install when the house was built. Showed up on time and rushed us into their schedule which means alot during the cold season. Very informative on any questions I asked, very professional when it came to the task at hand. Updated with the progress and what to expect from beginning to finish. Offered a free ac charge during the spring since they were unable to get accurate readings when discharging/charging prior to installation due to the cold temperature outside. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for high quality work. Now our house is nice and toasty thank you!!!

My heater control board went out Infinity went above and beyond to fix my problem, and as quick as possible. My wife had to have surgery today, and Infinity not only went out of their way to get us a new control board, they worked around our time frame for surgery. This service is the best. From the first phone call to the repair! We 100% would recommend Infinity!

Furnace was not functioning properly. We contacted Infinity at 7:00 am. They came out the same morning, were on time, friendly, knowledgeable and fixed the problem fairly quickly. They explained how the unit works and have me some great tips to make the furnace last longer. We would definitely recommend them!!!!

Ken and crew are incredible! Our furnace burned out the week in February where temps were below freezing. He made it a priority to give us a visit to take a look. He gave us a very fair quote and we quickly had our new furnace, thermostat, and heat pump up and running flawlessly. Kens communication, care, support, and friendliness was exceptional across the board and I am more than happy to recommend Ken and the Infinity team for any heating and conditioning service.
