Management communicates very well and checks in on quality. The Cleaner I have is very hard working and detailed. I have been with them for close to 3 months. I am very happy with my choice. I am on an every 2 week program with a 4 bedroom home. It has sure made my home life easier to manage and just feels nice to have the cleaning done so I can focus on other stuff at home and work. The Cleaner I have gets 10 plus on the stars but this only gives me 5.

We had an emergency in Dana Point and I called Michael at 5pm for same day house cleaning and believe me, he is sending someone today at 10pm to help and save the day! Just wanted to say thank you so much to Germicidal Maids. I work overtime most weeks and they have been a godsend. The best thing to come home to after a long day of work is a clean house. I was looking for a green cleaning company because I have allergies. I called around and finally contacted this cleaning service. They were really friendly over the phone and assured me that they could use all natural cleaning products. The lady came, and the house looked great and smelled very fresh. I was also pleased to learn that they are local to the San Juan Capistrano area. I am very happy with my house right now!

I cannot recommend this team enough. I hire Michael and Judith to clean my home bi-weekly and they do an excellent job! I live in San Juan Capistrano and they always clean my house extremely thoroughly. I always look forward to them coming because my house feels so fresh after they come.
