Hecht Home Improvement LLC replaced our roof, gutters and downspouts in spring 2024. Chris Hecht, the owner, was so wonderful to work with and the cost was reasonable! They got the job done in one day and did a thorough cleanup before they left. Chris even moved a downspout that wasnt in the proper location and had been causing water leaks in a corner of the basement. Weve had a dry basement ever since. It rained the night of the install, and Chris came out personally the next morning to check on the gutters/downspouts and to make sure we were satisfied with the new roof. They really did a great job, and our roof is beautiful! Couldnt be happier!

Hect Home Improvement provided my family with a quality Job on our home. They provided expertise and knowledge for a price that met our limited budget. The crews were respectful and clean. They completed the job in a timely manor as well only taking 3 days for tear off to underlayment and shingle applications. Chris and his team just completed our roof and redid our cement porch. Everyone was incredibly efficient and courteous. The roof was done in about 6 hours. Everything was cleaned up nicely. The porch was done the following day. Looks great! I recommend Hect to anyone who has to replace their roof. Very professional crew.

Chris was amazing! He explained each step, reviewed with me as often as needed, sent photos before, during, and after. He knew I was out of state and wanted to ensure I knew the quality of the products he used and also how the warranty process would go. You cant beat a lifetime warranty. I initially contacted Hect home improvement for an estimate based off of the good reviews. Chris scheduled a time to come out and look at my roof and provided different options and explained what he would do. I wound up choosing Hect and he kept me updated on when materials and dumpsters would be delivered. His crew was quick, clean, and did quality work. In the end the roof looks great and the yard is clean. Bring on the rain storms!

Chris and his team do great work! I shouldve left this review last year when they replaced my roofs, yes plural, after the hail storm of August 2023. Not only are they professional and fast, but they cleaned up the worksite very well. They replaced several metal roofs with high-quality shingles and I would recommend them for quality of work, speed, courtesy, professionalism, all of the above.

Chris and his crew did a great job on my roof. They got it done in 2 days and had everything cleaned up like it never happened. Chris is a professional that cares about the quality of his work and charges a very fair price. After hearing some of the horror storys from others that got their roof done recently I couldnt be happier I chose right for mine. I sent in a roof tear off-replacement quote request, Chris responded immediatly. He asked me what was in my best interest and understood exactly what i was looking for, a good price, no oversales and most importantly a quality installation. He was on site as scheduled with a respectful, pleasant crew and completed the job without issue. He was involved and oversaw the project throughout the day, not just dropping by occasionally. Took detailed pictures of the deck, anything that needed replacement and overall progress and sent then to me throughout the day. Jobsite was cleaned up well and several issues were fixed at no extra cost. I would hire again for sure.

Hect home improvement fixed my low pitched roof that leaked for years after Scott Smolinski Inc. Wouldn't warrantee his work. Hect home improvement knew how to deal with such a low pitch roof and fixed it the right way! Hect home improvement also did my garage roof for me, this is the only company I will ever have on my roof!
