Carpet Cleaning
Our Hot Carbonating Extraction process lifts dirt and allergens from carpet fibers using 80% less water than steam cleaning. This method ensures carpets dry in hours, not days, while preserving fiber integrity. Independent tests confirm a 98% reduction in non-living allergens like pet dander and dust mites, making it ideal for homes with children or pets.
Pet Urine Removal
P.U.R.T. (Pet Urine Removal Treatment) targets urine crystals at a molecular level, destroying odors permanently. A UV light identifies hidden stains, and our solution penetrates deep into padding and subfloors. This service prevents recurring accidents by eliminating scent markers that attract pets back to the same spot.
Area Rug Cleaning
We clean all rug types, including wool, silk, and synthetic fibers, using pH-balanced solutions that preserve colors and textures. Our process removes embedded dirt and allergens while protecting dyes, leaving rugs vibrant and refreshed. Delicate Oriental and Persian rugs receive specialized care to maintain their value and appearance.
Upholstery Cleaning
The Natural carbonated solution breaks down grime in upholstery without leaving sticky residues. This gentle yet effective method extends furniture lifespan by preventing re-soiling and fading. Post-cleaning protectant shields fabrics against spills, maintaining a fresh look between professional cleanings.
Tile & Grout Cleaning
High-pressure extraction removes built-up grime from porous tile and grout surfaces. A sealing application post-cleaning prevents future staining and discoloration. This service restores the original luster of ceramic, granite, and natural stone floors while improving indoor air quality by eliminating trapped allergens.

The guys at Metro Chem Dry have cleaned our carpets and sofas for years. We used them when we lived in a house in west Omaha and we continue to use them as we moved to a downtown condo. They are transparent when discussing what can and cant be cleaned, and they are quick but focused on completing the job impeccably. I have never had any concerns when they are on the job.

Brett was great to work with. Responsive and worked around my schedule as best he could. In purchased a second hand sectional off of Facebook marketplace and I wanted to make sure it was cleaned and sanitized before using it, and chemdry did a great job. From what I understand, cheaper than the competitors in the area also. Services Upholstery cleaning
