Very professional and personable services provided. They did an excellent job of removing stains in the carpet, cleaning it and bringing it back to life! The carpet was not saturated and dried quickly as well. Will definitely use them in the future!

They went above and beyond, and deserve many more stars! My father had been bedridden in a room with white carpet for nine months- it was a disaster area! They worked very diligently, and I cant imagine that anyone could have obtained a better result. Also did a fabulous job on the sofa cushions!

We moved into a new house and needed our 2nd floor carpet cleaned. Making the appt was easy, Rachelle did a great job communicating with us about the upcoming appt and ETA via texts. She gave us a quote for the job after evaluating the space and what she felt was needed, and after we agreed, worked tirelessly for about 4 hours cleaning the upstairs.

Although we cant comment on the quality of the product yet since it was just done, our home smelled lemony fresh after she was done. Overall satisfied and would definitely use this company again.

Very professional, did a very thorough job of cleaning old pet stains off of a large wool area rug. They even came back free of charge to add a deodorizer treatment to freshen the smell of the wool!

Melissa was so nice. This was the easiest process to book. Great service on the phone and when Melissa got here I knew I was in good hands. She went over everything in great detail and really took her time. I was surprised its usually in and out, my carpet have never looked cleaner in all the years Ive been getting them steamed. This is a different process and it obviously works.

They dont send contractors out to your house. Its the actual owner of the company, well, one of the owners. I was very very impressed. When you call Stanley Steemer. Stanley does not come out. Very impressed. Ive already referred them twice to my family and Ill definitely be using them next year.

We cant say enough about Chem-Dry. We have had other carpet cleaners, but none can come close to Chem-Dry. They do not soak your carpet and it dried in 2 hours. Will definitely use them again! Services General carpet cleaning, Pet stain and odour removal

The area rugs which are older cleaned up much better than previous cleaning. The one carpet from previous cleanings would have dirt stains showing up shortly after cleanings while the Chem-Dry cleaning got the carpet really clean. I am very impressed with how clean our rugs and carpets got. I'm planning on hiring them to clean upholstery for the holidays. Also, loved the fresh smell from the cleaning solutions that day.
