Bobby and his team are great! I live out of state and they make it very easy to do business from across the country. They provided photos and videos, and their communication is top notch. The pool heater at our vacation rental stopped working and they were able to quickly assess the issue and get everything back on track. They even noticed some other issues that had been missed. I definitely recommend them for anyone local and especially to any out of state vacation rental owners!

I had a commercial pool resurfaced. Bobby knows his stuff and doesn't try to sell you more than you need. They did great work and he reviewed everything and had his crew come back to address some things that weren't up to his standards. The office manager, Tracey, is great too. Pricing is very reasonable. They are busy but manage to work quickly.

My landscaper bashed my in-ground pool filter so hard with their riding mower that it cracked off some pipes, causing water to gush out. They were sneaky about it and shut off the pump circuit breakers so I wouldn't notice right away. When I finally did notice (and got wet shoes from turning the pump back on) I called the Pool Repair Guy. The office lady was very nice and scheduled a tech to come out early the next day.
The tech showed up on time and fully prepared, which is rare for Florida repair businesses. Repairs were done quickly and professionally and for a good price. They were able to reuse my pool's relatively new solar heating valve motor, saving me the cost of a new motor. They did not try to upsell me on a new valve motor which was much appreciated. In addition to fixing the broken pipes, they installed mounting screws on my filter to anchor it to the concrete slab it sits on.
Try bashing that again Mr Landscaper! It will be your mower that breaks and not my pipes! :-) I was very impressed with The Pool Repair Guy and would not hesitate to hire them again.

My pump was leaking and needed to be replaced. Bobby responded promptly and had the new pump installed the next morning. He is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Bobby Cant, the Pool Repair Guy, and his team just finished resurfacing our residential pool. The pool was 23 years old and was beginning to show its age. They completely stripped the old surface, removed the old tile boarder, prepped the surface, re-tiled the boarder, repaired the damaged areas, and resurfaced the entire pool. The work was excellent!
The workers were diligent. They cleaned up after themselves and took extra care at every step. They finished in less than a week. Bobby then visited to regulate the chemical balance and insured the curing process was completed. He included a 10 year guarantee on his teams workmanship and the product applied carries a 5 year guarantee. Bobby is amazing, I had to puchase a new pool pump and a new pool heater for my home in Davenport.
