OmniPools and the crew that I worked with, Tom, Scott, Allysa, Justin, John, Megan, and Francisco (and crew) were great to work with, and they were effective and efficient with our time (and theirs). They turned an unusable backyard into a fantastic pool oasis, and they got it all done ahead of the planned schedule. We highly recommend this builder, and

We have a home that backs up to a wash and has a small back yard and wanted to add a pool. Three pool companies had looked at the site. One said they couldn't do it. One said they would get back to me and never did. The last threw out a price between $150,000 and $200,000. We gave up. Went to the home show and thought I'd try one more time. Stopped at the Omni booth and spoke with Matt. Told him my story and he pulled up an arial view of my property and said he could definitely fit a small pool in our yard, which is what we wanted. Matt came to the house, took some photos and had some preliminary drawings shortly thereafter.

Several changes later we approved everything and signed the contract. All work was completed in a timely manner, after waiting for six weeks for the county to issue the permit. Our construction manager, Jon, did a great job and took care of any minor problems. Allysa kept things moving in the office. Justin did an excellent job on start up and explained things well. All Omni personnel and there subs were very professional. Very happy with the entire experience.

We had a wonderful experience building our pool with Omni from conception through completion. The end result is our own private oasis which was our goal. Highly recommend.

Omni Pool Builders and Design are a fabulous company, group of people and builders. I LOVE my new pool! Omni Pools keeps the homeowner is the loop, informed and responds to any questions or concerns quickly. I knew what was happening every step of the way and was provided access to an online portal for information and scheduling.specific to my job. My whole team from Darren and Aaron my designers, Scott my general construction manager, Allysa my site coordinator and Megan who helped to wrap up the finishing items were very professional.

Working with all of their experienced and skilled craftsman and contractors was worry free. My salt water pool only took 6 1/2 weeks from layout to pool fill-amazing, and it looks fabulous! A big bonus for my new pool is that they include in your contract 12 weeks of pool service to get your new investment off to the best start. This is the second time that I have used Omni Pools on two different projects and their work and integrity continues to be top-notch. I am happy to recommend them without any hesitation.

I wanted to change my rating from a 1 to a 5. Although, it was a very poor and rough start. A long call from manager and a change in designers. I decided to keep them on the list. They have worked overtime and have bent backwards to please me in so many ways. We are almost at the finish line, and they are still my favorite by a long shot. They make it really hard to not like them in all areas once we got started.

Omni Pools went above and beyond with their planning, organization and scheduling of our new pool. Communication and follow up to details were first class all the way. I highly recommend them.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Omni Pools, and I must say the experience was exceptional. From start to finish, Steven, Allysa, Johnathan, Justin, and Meghan showcased outstanding communication skills. The flawless design and execution of the pool exceeded my expectations. Not only am I thrilled with the results, but I've also received numerous compliments from family, friends, and neighbors. Kudos to the team for a job well done!

We had another hot tub builder remodel our tub. That company obviously did not use a tape measure. The last step into the tub went from 10" to 13" which cannot be in a senior community public tub. There were other problems also. Ventura came down looked over the project and gave a quote. We went with Omni pools. They started on time and completed the job on schedule, which means a lot to our community. Anytime we had questions Ventura answered quickly and handled any changes needed. In today's contracting community it's hard to find those that will do what was bid on and stay on a schedule. I would recommend this company anytime.

I recently contacted Omni Pools when considering the removal of my inground swimming pool. Ventura Vargas, came out and explained the process and sent an estimate the next day. He was very professional and responded in a timely manner whenever I called with questions. I highly recommend Ventura and Omni Pools.

We have zero regrets choosing Omni Pool Builders and Design for our residential pool & spa installation. Part of the reason we chose Omni was how they presented every detail and assisted in all the design choices while giving us plenty of options. Having never built a pool before, we really appreciated how seamless they made it even with all the decisions that needed to be made up front. Our project included knocking down (and rebuilding matching the old brick perfectly) a portion of brick wall to accomodate the dig and our desired equipment location, decking, and matching new brick wall around pool equipment to be in compliance with HOA rules.

Their subs are super reliable, respectful, clean, masons are A-MAZING. I can't say enough good things about all of them. They use a communication website which allowed us to see the details of every phase of construction but our sales person, project manager, and other office staff were also responsive to questions. No surprises, no hidden costs. The only thing that got a bit delayed was high demand decking materials availability which was out of their control. No matter, construction began on 3/10 and we were swimming on 5/25!

Omni pools was amazing. All their contractors were so professional and showed up on schedule. They give constant updates on their app so you always know what's going on. Start of excavation, to pool filled with water was just under two months. Couldn't be more satisfied with my pool. Highly recommend. Services: General construction, Custom Swimming pool design

If you're thinking about getting a pool, use Omni! From inquiring, design, installation, and post installation, I've had an amazing experience. Tom Delaney, Scott Culver, Veronica Leyva were spectacular at every point of the project. I'm missing many others that were extremely helpful during this process as well but just know if you work with them every person you meet is more than pleasant. From start to finish it was about 2 months and that was even with Tucson's unpredictable weather of rain and snow this season. I'm more than happy with how everything went and look forward to singing their praises for years to come. Thanks Omni Pool Builders and Design!

We decided to decommission our swimming pool due to having access to so many other swimming pools in Green Valley, AZ. The pool was built in the 60's and the heater was not working. The Omni crew did a fantastic job. They were professional, responsive and fun to work with. They went above and beyond cleaning after the pool was filled in. Ventura answered all of our concerns, was friendly and professional. Would work with Omni again in the future.

After our terrific experience working with Omni we feel they deserve 10 stars! Everyone within the company with whom we worked was friendly, warm, articulate, and very professional. From Roy Lewallen, who talked us through the whole process, listened carefully to our wish list, then designed our beautiful pool, to Scott Culver, the site supervisor, who oversaw every detail of the construction process, to Justin, who got the pool equipment up and running and so thoroughly walked us through everything we need to know about owning and operating a pool.

There were no corners cut. The quality of the equipment they use, and the talent of the subcontractors is top notch. The whole process from start to finish was done well under the time frame Omni presented, and we couldn't have been more excited to see our project done in mere weeks, rather than months. I would not hesitate to recommend this amazing team to anyone interested in building a pool.

Omni Pool did a fantastic job on a remodel of our pool. We had a rock water fall that had caved in and the plaster in the pool was heavily stained. Jim at Omni Pool help us decide on a better water feature and worked with us to provide exactly what we wanted. The quality of the work and the care taken to make sure we were getting what we wanted was very satisfying. The work was completed right in the middle of COVID-19 which was challenging but they did a great job and we couldn't be happier. We highly recommend Omni Pool.

Omni Pool Builders helped us with a pool and spa chip out and resurfacing and other improvements. We couldn't be more delighted with the results. Not only was the work excellent, they were extremely flexible in working around our schedule. In particular, I was very impressed with their responsiveness. Any time I reached out, they were always immediately available and responsive. Their customer service and attention is top-notch. We highly recommend their services.

Omni Pools crew constructed a high quality pool and spa. Aaron Baker, one of the co-owners was very responsive and knowledgeable in the design and construction of the pool and spa. The end product of the lap pool and spa are outstanding. The various workers/crew who did the supervising, digging, rebar installation, piping and pumps were all excellent and hard working. There were some minor communication issues but these were readily resolved. I highly recommend Omni Pools

I would like to take moment to thank Aaron Baker and his crew at Omni Pools! We have been having trouble with our pool for approximately 7 years. The issue was leaking water at the negative edge portion of the pool. We would have to try different repair techniques on a yearly basis. All were band-aid solutions such as silicon, epoxy, cement, etc. For the past several years we had been trying to get someone contracted to repair the pool correctly.

Several contractors came by, gave us the feeling they could fix it, but we never heard from them again. Then we were having some service performed by Ambiance Pool Service and Supply (another company we would highly recommend). I asked Mike the owner of Ambiance to please find someone that would perform the repair correctly. He sent over Omni Pools. They immediately developed a solution. They started work within two weeks and completed in the time specified.

All their team members acted and responded in a professional manner during the entire process. The quality of the work performed by their trade's personnel was excellent! A few were veterans which is always a plus. I highly recommend Omni Pools for all your needs!

Omni Pool Builders & Design exceeded my expectations from design to completion. The entire team was a pleasure to work with; workmanship is top quality and communication is excellent. Starting with Aaron, an incredible visionary, taking every detail into consideration, designing an entire backyard oasis that flows and maximizes aesthetic and views from inside and out our home. The final result is an luxurious oasis that our entire family absolutely love.

Throughout the construction process, Martin and Olga ensured that every detail was perfect and that we were completely satisfied with the end result. Omni even seamlessly accommodated to changes and additions during and after the project completion. Thank you Omni for making our dream backyard come to reality.
